NEVER AGAIN ! Changed my oil messed up the drain plug. They said it was like that when I came in. It NEVER leaked before. They wrote it was messed up on the computer' but said nothing or put that on my paper work. Gil Knott . Yes I put my name on this so y'all know who will never be back.

The Assistant Manager and Tech working the later hours 01/28/2025 top tier attitudes and service, the tech checked the oil level after the oil change and I watched him look closely and then check two more times and then topped off the level after noticing it wasn't perfect then checked it two more times to ensure it was where it needed to be and the assistant manager took the time to ensure I was compensated for the additional wait time since it seemed they were a bit busy for 2 people without being asked Ive been here a few times and I will most likely return to this location specifically next time i'm due for service.

randall was sweet and the team got us in and out quickly gave me some great deals and was sweet about the whole service you can tell they appreciate their job … also greets sells men lol i came here for oil and bought other stuff

I expected to be pressured to buy "additional" services than requested but to my surprise, was given a honest and "safety first" explanation of preventive maintenance services offered based on vehicle history. Thanks for not pushing!

The service was awesome they constantly kept telling me what they were checking how it was even after changing my oil they showed me the dipstick and the fullness of the oil it was a very pleasant experience and they were exceptionally fast would recommend them to everyone.

I go here majority of the time due to how the military has me scheduled to work but thos time they did not do the windshield cleaning, they didn't check my air filters, they even put the oil filter on wrong and I had oil leaking all over my driveway when I got home. When I checked the receipt they marked everything was done and didn't do none of what they said.

Was quoted a price and thought it was too expensive and planned to go elsewhere. The svc writer grabbed the manager to discuss price and was given a lower quote. They mentioned the package and price precisely. After service was done, Dashawn the svc writer charged me a completely different price ($40 more than I had agreed to) and started spewing random services that he claimed they completed. I was told by the manager a specific price for what services they would complete. Dashawn became aggressive and started arguing about having changed the engine air filter when I never asked or agreed to a new one as I had changed it recently. They did not give me the price that we had agreed to and the manager never came back out to confirm with me or his service writer. After standing my ground for 15 minutes of arguing, I ended up paying slightly more than I had agreed to out of exhaustion. They have poor business practices.

Wrong mileage recorded,I had to ask for the reset on the maintenance button, no stickers available to put in the window, and the price is ridiculous.
