Take 5 decided since they were out of the gasket for my vehicle they would put a different size gasket on without telling me. A couple days later my brand new driveway has oil all over because Take 5 using the wrong gasket caused a leak. I called Take 5 corporate and filed a claim. They said to go ahead and hire a company to clean it up and they would reimburse me. That was in November of last year. I still have not been paid what is owed to me. Every time I email I don’t get a response and I call every week or two and they give me the same response and I never get follow up as promised or a resolution. This is a poor way to run a business. Take 5 should be ashamed of treating customers this way. I would definitely find another place to get your oil changed. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way.

I’ve visited this Take 5 multiple times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Crawford and his crew had excellent customer service and professionalism. They worked with me to address my concerns in a way that served both me and the business. They have earned my trust in taking care of my vehicle and I be coming here to change the oil on both of my vehicles for the foreseeable future.

I had to get my daughter‘s oil changed and had been putting it off and was dreading the entire experience, knowing that I had to go somewhere and get out of my car and wait for the service. I found Take 5 and saw that I could sit in my car… And it was the best experience! The guys were so so so nice and told me all of my options and explained everything to me which was so helpful because I had no clue about any of it 😅 It was a reasonable price, especially since I didn’t have to get out of my car. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Take 5 to my friends and family!

They do their best to make me comfortable very in and out not really personable and they forgot to reset my oil light so I will be back when I get back in town! So for that I’m giving them 30stars
