It was honestly the best experience at an oil change place I’ve had in ages. The gentleman there were so kind and attentive to my questions and vehicle. Definitely going back to this location. I have countless oil change places closer but I will make sure to take the drive to see these hard working men again.

Quick and convenient service - I recommend revisiting your upscale strategy. A clean filter should not be an add on and definitely shouldn’t cost $30. I understand the markups do to the confidence; however upselling something that should be included is a turn off

Cesar and the other techs were amazing when working on my car he did not rush with the service and it was still quick and done right! The customer service from him was top notch he delivered it with a smile too. The process was simple it may be more expensive but worth it. They even have discounts on the website. I will be going back again.

Customer service was excellent. Very nice and knowledgeable of what they were doing. As a woman I would definitely recommend this take 5. Too may untrustworthy businesses that lie to get more money . This Take 5 they get u in and out and offer bottle water they have respect for there customers. Yes to this store!!!

Terrible service was 5 guys doing one customer one was doing the work the other 4 just joking around I have to wait till hefinsh to start my vehicle when the guy finish adding the oil he he just took the cone away spell oil still and keep playing and joking but another vehicle pulls in they jump on that bucle I feel on a very weary situation Maybe the location At Albemarle and Harrisburg

This is my second time going to this Take 5, and they do incredible work. Yes it may be an oil change but they walk you through everything under your hood, and you can always find a coupon (; Thanks guys!
