Unprofessional. No line when I got there and pulled into the bay with no issues. They tell me their pump is full and need to drain. No mention of how long it will drain. 40 minutes later and it’s no where close to being done. Ended up leaving with no oil change and 45 minutes gone from my day

Great experience overall, the guys working there are nothing but professional. They explained what I needed thoroughly and provided options. Prices were not bad and they including discounts as well. Will be coming back!

Great experience, Erik was outstanding as the other mechanics, very friendly and explained everything they were doing , they offered me a bottle of water and they did the oil change while I’m sitting in my car , 5 minutes later it was done and on my way , outstanding!!!

Worst place to take you’re car for an oil change ! The fellas from take 5 oil change to seem like they have no experience to change oil They poor the wrong oil on my dodge charger r/t it ridiculous. I do not recommend at all .
