I was serviced almost a week ago. My skid plate came off, they used zip ties to put it back on. I haven’t received a call telling me they have the new one and as of yesterday, I had to use my usb cord to tie the skid plate. I want my money back and I want my new skid plate.

Prior to coming to this location I called and was greeted by a lady that instantly offered a coupon which was texted to me…. I thought that was cool, however getting to the location I pulled in a lane, the guy that came out was professional, however the prices of the oil change should be transparent before you decide to go forward. As I told the guys doing my oil change had I known it would be $120 for a $40 oil change I would have did it myself at the house. Transparency is everything to a consumer it’s almost smoking mirrors with this place and the service techs are trained well on how to bamboozle the patron. Not happy at the way I was charged and forced to pay before I could leave. My words to the tech “it’s not like I can really drive off now can I, I have no oil in my car” 👎👎👎👎👎

I had a bad experience previously when my skid plate fell off while I was on the highway because it wasn’t put back on properly but I gave this establishment one more chance out of convenience and it was disappointing again. The FIRST thing I asked when I pulled up was “do you all also top off fluid, is that included?” To which I was told “yes.” There was an extra service added without my consent or discussion, which took my charge from $102.99 to $128.67. I was told that it was a charge for fluid. Then I was told it was a charge for labor. The last explanation I was given was “I don’t know, I just do what the computer says to charge.” What??! My card was charged before they even started and the services that said “completed” on my receipt, were not even performed. I had to make multiple requests for them to properly finish the job I had already paid for (add my fluids, air in tire, window wash, etc.). All they ended up doing was adding some wiper fluid when I came back to the shop to demand the rest of my service and I was simply told “the rest is a courtesy, they don’t have to do that). They had the audacity to try to upsell some wipers and a coolant flush after the poor service I received. I will be reaching out to corporate for a refund. The music was loud and explicit but I figured, if they do a good job, who cares?! They did not do a good job at all. Not in service or communication. It was a very ghetto atmosphere. Won’t be going there again.

Beware ladies they seem nice but will scam you in the end. This was my first time here and my last time. I went for a simple car inspection and everyone was super nice, waited a little then I should have but ok. Then when I was told my car was ready the guy added a charge for a safety inspection which wasnt true or needed. Said he tires my tires and whatnot, I have new tires just purchased a few months back. They are supposed to ask you or let you know of something like this before they start to service your vehicle. I told the guy an inspection is just $30 in which he replied who told me that like that's nor common knowledge. Since he had my keys and I was alone I paid it just to get my car and leave. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I contacted corporate and they got me in touch with a manager quickly and refunded the bogus charge. Never will I return and of course now I have heard other horrible experiences from people I know about this place as well. Shame on you.

The panel under my car was loosen by the tech during the oil change. Did not reattach. Didn't realize it until I was on my way out of town and start hearing a sound only to find out it was the panel under my car had not been put back up after they finished the service. After several attempts to call the location can't get anyone to respond. SMH

I got my annual state inspection and was informed it is their policy to charge you for 2 separate state inspections. They did the same thing to the lady in the vehicle beside me. They have ZERO understanding of the any of the state inspection laws or procedures. By far the worst experience I've ever had. And for reference, I am a former state inspector and am a mechanic and have managed similar establishments. This was unprofessional and to hear the guy that did mine speak quietly to me, they don't even need to have these guys working there at all.

Surprisingly disappointing - may not return to this location. I’ve been a patron of many Take 5 locations over the years and have been accepting of the higher prices (compared to competitors) due to the unique convenience and high quality service provided by the Take 5 service model. However, in this case, I waited for over 30 minutes inside the service bay for my oil change to begin despite there being only one other customer in the service bay with me. Once it was time to pay, I attempted to apply my coupon, but I had to point out to the service tech that the math wasn’t mathing and the “new” total was incorrect. Not sure if it was intentional or accidental, but disappointing that I had to point out a simple computational error and the original explanation I was given was misleading and I had to be persistent. The service check list (i.e. all of the items included in an oil change) only contained 11 items vs the previous Take 5 location I frequented having 15 items. They also did not do items such as checking my windshield wipers or washing my window despite these items being marked as “complete” on my service check list. Lastly, which was mostly comical, but a fitting end to my experience, the reminder tag for my next oil change mileage was incorrect. My car only has 47k miles and instead of listing 50k miles, the next mileage due was printed as 473k.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They noticed a car got in front of me in line and acknowledged it and apologized. It would be helpful if they mentioned the price before you wait in line and pull into the bay get started working then tell you your oil change will be $150 dollars. I was kinda shocked, was expecting around 90-100$ for the oil change.
