Location was shorthanded . The 2 techs did their Best to get customers out. Final price was still over 100. 00 will probably stick with the dealership, at least they will offer specials 😕

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but we waited 40 mins and nobody even came up and asked us for any information I just got pulled into the bay and pretty much waited for no reason. The people working there don’t seem professional and I wouldn’t want them doing anything to my vehicle. Sorry but 100% honest review

5 Stars!!!! I received the Best customer service and care at Take 5 Oil Change!!! Jax, Isaiah and Quashawn was simply amazing! They took excellent care of My vehicle! They had me in and out in a timely manner. Actually, while I was on my lunch break! They took time and answer any questions I had and went beyond and above when asked about things about my vehicle. I learned some new things about my vehicle:)! If you are looking for great service, Superb customer-service and fast But still provide great quality… Please check them out. I gave a good review at the time whenever I had my service done not knowing the guy charged me for the highest grade or which was 125 but the sticker says I have the lowest grade so I don't know what he did with my change and not only that I am I was completely out of oil I just put 5 quarts of oil in my car yesterday I hope this message is coming out clear I am voice texting but I did speak with someone and supposed to meet with them tomorrow

Went to get a oil change and asked them to check my fluids as well they said they did went to use my windshield whipers later that day nothing came out literally told them I was taking a road trip now I have to take my car somewhere else to make sure I have fluids in my car smh won't be back

I'm very upset at this location, I've used Take 5 for my last 6 oil changes and to find out that my oil filter and plug was not tightened up is disappointing. My car only has 60,000 miles, and thank God my bf looked at my car before making a trip back to SC with kids in the car, God only knows what would of happened to my car. I will never use this location again!

The service was remarkable they got the service done quickly,but the prices was ridiculous! I have never paid 150.00 for a oil change and a filter it was just too much! But overall the service was great!

This was one of the best Take 5 locations I have been to. I even asked if they are a training store with how well they follow the procedures. Calvin and DeAngelo were a great team while they worked on my car. Jaz and Tyson were also courteous. I love closer to another location, but will definitely consider driving to this one for the speed and service.

While my experiences at Take 5 have generally been positive in the past, this was not the case with my most recent visit. Normally, their service is quick and efficient, and, even with a line of cars, a customer can be in and out within a span of forty minutes or less. They had all three bays open but were working only one or two at a time. It took me upwards of an hour and a half to get service despite only two others in line before me. Two customers that arrived after me were started on their service before anyone even took a look at mine; one of those customers was finished before they started on mine. Once they finally got to me, the service was adequate, but I will probably not risk stopping at this franchise again.
