Even though the place is kind of pricey, (you can always go online and find discount coupons, and that helps) for the convenience it is worth it , I'm always happy with visiting this place, they give me a bottle of water, they always check my tires for air pressure, and they get me in and out pretty quickly, and they conveniently started opening on Sunday so that helps with my schedule

We waited for an hour behind the first car in bay 4. All other bays were moving faster and then we were told to back out and let an appointment get in front of us. Meanwhile all customers who arrived after us, were getting served first in other bays. We backed out again and left. Next customer should be the next customer.

Nice guys, but not very thorough. Skipped steps but said it was done on the receipt. They nearly took an hour, so I just wanted to go and not quibble. Don’t expect them to check the tires or wash the windshield. Also, they didn’t want to bother unscrewing the shield for the AC filter, so it went unchecked.

Awful experience: Went in for an oil change and they messed up. You can see in the pictures that as soon as I left the parking lot, large amounts of smoke and a burning smell came from my exhaust. I came back, and they redid it and didn't fix the problem, and I was told I needed to take it to a "real shop." and that they were liable by the manager. When I asked for a refund, I was told to call the number online. After filing a claim with their insurance, I had my car towed to the dealer. I still haven't gotten my refund, and their insurance has been slow and hesitant at best to cover the repairs by the dealer. I use my truck for work every day and have been without it for 4 days. I have not been able to receive a loan from their insurance and am still without my car. Nightmare from what was a simple oil change.

Disappointed to say the least. Took almost 2 hours to change oil and differential fluid. No explanation or apologies. Technician misquoted price by $100. Said differential fluid change was 75$ each but was charged 115$ each. Had to ask for receipt after they said I was done.

My first time here. Guys were awesome. Friendly kind and professional. I got the works done. Oil, filters, and coolant system. Was thorough but didnt try to push things i dont need either. Will be back with service like that. Yall got yourself a customer.

The personnel was friendly. The service no so much. They didn’t check air pressure and air filters. Asked the gentleman to fill my windshield washer reservoir. That was not done. And I didn’t get a proper receipt of service details

Tried to get an inspection twice. They said that the inspector was not available and that they cannot take an appointment for one. On the third try they did the inspection, but it took an entire hour and they serviced several cars before me, who had all arrived a half hour or more later than me.

I like going to this place, but they didn’t check my tire pressure or all my fluids. I believe that’s what they’re supposed to do but I might be wrong.

I was there very early in the morning and was the only customer there. All of the employees there came out and worked on my car all at the same time. I was impressed and appreciated that!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This is the worst oil change experience I’ve ever had and I’m disgusted by the handling of this issue by corporate and the local store. I came in to have a routine oil change on my car. Everything was fine until my car started smoking on the highway. I paid $120 to tow my car back there after having to take the day off work. I waited a few hours and they told me everything was fine. I spoke with the manager Marquelle who gaslit me by saying it was the mileage and age of the car causing the smoke which I knew was BS. Of course as soon as I leave the car is smoking again. I stop by a specialty car repair shop near by only to find out the oil cap was not screwed on properly and oil had splattered everywhere causing the smoke. I call take 5 again and the manager assures me it will be taken care of. Of course, I hear nothing. I call back to find out a case was never opened or investigated. I then go through a long and convoluted process trying to get some answers from corporate. I had to call multiple times to get even one status update. I submitted the proof from the other car repair shop as well as photos of the loose cap. Of course, they tell me they are not at fault because they “checked the cameras and the cap was screwed on” what a load of crap. This is how take 5 treats their loyal customers. I have been using them for multiple oil changes and never had a problem until this incident. I was never offered a refund for the $180 oil change and $120 tow. On top of that I lost over $200 for having to call in to work. I’m disgusted by the carelessness and lack of customer service. If you care about your car, DO NOT bring it here. If something goes wrong they will take no responsibility even though they messed up A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. I’m disgusted and will never use take 5 again. Expect legal action because I am out of $300 from no fault of my own. The incompetence and lack of accountability is astounding.

Did the oil change, however very overpriced. I’ve never paid this much for an oil change. I told the guy and he felt bad and took off a little money but even then it was still way more than I’ve ever paid for one. I believe they charged me for things that were not even done or they didn’t tell me that they did them.

I have been getting my Nissan Titan serviced at the Mopac and Parmer location for about a year now. The techs are always very courteous. I am impressed with the safety protocols that they follow. Along with the oil change this time, I also got my coolant replaced. I watched them test it and they showed me the results. Coolant was about 5 years old and no longer within spec. With the cold weather coming, it was best to get it done. Next visit, differential fluid.
