it’s fine. nothing exceptional, nor nothing abhorrent. it was slower than i anticipated (considering their tagline is “the fastest oil change on the planet), and it was not cheap. but if you need an oil change, all good.

Excellent customer service! Kee did an awesome job of providing fast, great service. He had me in and out in record time. Def going back for all my oil change needs. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this place at all costs. It’s a bunch of 18 year old kids who have no idea what they are doing. They cracked my oil pan, so i call customer service to get reimbursed. CS says get it fixed and send over the bill and we will start the process of getting my reimbursement. I get my car fixed and then they tell me after the fact I needed a diagnostic to get my claim approved. Worse oil change place on the face of this earth. Jiffy Lube has grown men there with professionalism, so I’d suggest them.

Very polite, respectful, and helpful crew. I stopped in for an oil change, they explained the options clearly. They also checked the oil filter, which did not need changing; and the cabin air filter, which did need changing. They showed me both. They also topped fluids at no extra charge. The whole process was quick, maybe 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place!! Good service, and good value.

Great place. New manager very knowledgeable. I had my differential oil changed took no time. Reset my change oil light without using my steering wheel controls because they don’t work. Very smart.

Had a great experience, felt bad for coming in five minutes before they close because I had to make an emergency trip out of town. Excellent customer service, and helped me figure out if my oil was leaking or spilled. Kee and river were great to have work in my truck!

These young men are true experts! They are honest and definitely know how to take care of their customers. It took the mechanic a minute to figure out what other fancy chain dealerships can't even do. Take 5 Oil Change puts these dealerships to shame. I will absolutely be coming here for future oil changes. My car and I thank you so much!!

Despite the cold, miserable weather, the staff at Take 5 were warm, welcoming and efficient. They went above and beyond to help me figure out how to reset my fuel life button and were just super kind and professional. Great job, guys!

Horrible experience had my oil changed and the technician spilled oil all over the top of my engine cover in my 2024 truck. I watched while sitting in my truck during the service which is what made me check to see if he wiped it up. I pulled out of the service garage and opened my hood to see oil was still poured all over the engine cover, so I asked him to grab a rag and clean it off. Bad experience I don’t recommend getting service done by them. Thank you!

The guys at Take 5 were awesome! It was my first time at this location and they got my oil changed and refilled my tires in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

I thought the price was too high. The last oil change I received elsewhere was about half the price. Also the mechanics didn’t seem to know where the oil filter was located on my truck.

I have previously had such great experiences here. I am posting a 1 star review because Zach (who said he is the manager) didnt want to honor the top off service that I was told they have in between oil changes. All zach did was seem to find excuses as to why he couldn't honor the companies policy of top off. I definitely won't be returning to this location im hoping i can get the great service I was used to at another location. I have never seen this zach guy there before so hopefully this is a one off situation for those that have been here before.

Loveee this location. They were so hospitable, offering water bottles at the time of arrival and veryy friendly. As a woman, I’m used to places like this dicking me around and dishonestly just trying to drain me of as much money as possible but they took great care of me without over charging. A must, for the ladies:)

These guys work hard to create a long lost customer satisfaction experience. I did not previously know the wrong oil filter could affect your cars thermostat. I will be going out of my way to get service from Take 5

Went in for a quick oil change the guys were all extremely helpful even gave me helpful information on oil levels in engines. Greatly appreciate their help
