I recently had my oil changed, and Brianna did an outstanding job. It's always refreshing to see women excelling in fields traditionally dominated by men, and Brianna is a shining example of this. Was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Their attention to detail and dedication to work were evident, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. Keep up the excellent work, props to Brianna! 💪🏾

I have been going to Take 5 for years for my oil changes. The gentleman who supervised my oil change was great, friendly, and thorough. So much, that I agreed to a cross-sell and let him change my cabin filter. It was also well overdue and he was trying hard to make the sale so I thought why not. My review is not of the staff at this location but for the company as a whole. Even knowing that I was going to be upcharged, I was shocked to see that I was charged 5 times the price of a $10 filter and for a job that takes seconds and requires no tools or skills which is absurd. Beware and do not buy any products or services that they try to sell you on. I understand an upcharge for convenience but 5 times the cost? Will not be using them any longer for my oil changes either.

Always 5 star service. 1 star off this time for rudeness by a different employee. When I went back a few hrs later to ask about state inspection, the attendant took offense that I said I'd just had an oil change at that location - when I saw him looking in my car at the dash. He angrily interrupted me and said he wasn't going to ask about an oil change. Um, o.k. but oil change is in your company name & it's the main thing you do. So forgive me if that was what I was thinking you were going to ask. He then yelled at me that the inspection guy leaves at 3, as though I should know that.

Every time I come here the service is super slow mainly because they always seem to be short handed. The employees are nice, they just need more of them. This location always seems to have just two or three employees to service everyone. You shouldn’t advertise a 10 minute oil change if it takes you an hour plus to get the service. You get 2 stars because the employees I’ve interacted with are great.

I will never return to this place. They made me wait for 2 hours. I am still here waiting. My dad was in the military service and he wasn’t with me when I did my oil change, but was in Houston when I used their location there. They didn’t honor his discount, because he wasn’t with me. I asked if he can check their system and apparently they didn’t have his information stored. It was fine, but as a courtesy for waiting a long time, the least he could have done is honor it or offered an extra compensation for waiting that long. Instead, the guy who helped me was more worried about losing his job if he honored the discount . I’m sure his manager could have stepped in. No apologies, nothing. He was more like, just pay and get out of here. He should be worried now that he lost a good customer with 7 vehicles, and taking my business elsewhere. Not to mention a deserving a review. Being that I waited for over two hours with my daughter in the truck, I had to use their restroom badly. Oh my, one of the dirtiest restroom I have ever seen. Waiting for over two hours, bad service, and the nastiest restroom I have ever seen. Never again. Fyi, the number to call from the response below doesn’t work.

While the wait was more than 5minutes, the customer experience was great. The line was long due to inbound bad weather and Take5 being one of the few spots open on a Sunday so I don’t fault them. They communicated with me about the wait, brought me a water and update me semi-regularly. Service was friendly, helpful and swift (once it was my car’s turn). Thankful for a great customer experience.

I absolutely love this location. The amount of care they put into their work is unmatched. I never thought I would be so impressed by an oil change. Louis especially served us excellent service. He was thorough, kind and explained everything while working in Benz ML350. This vehicle is my pride so I’m glad to have had him working on it.

I'm usually a big fan of the Take 5's. However, Today I got some pretty alarming and abrupt attitude that included cursing and an aggressive stare when I denied an additional $120 dollar extra service and then pulled out my $10 off coupon. Both of which I assume do not directly affect the pay of the person taking my payment. Pretty poor taste in my mouth, now.

I love going to Take 5 off lake creek, the employees are always in a good mood, and they make you feel welcomed. Almost like a family, they all work well together, love to see it. I will always come back! They even found me some coupons! Any other place would have let me spend my whole check. I'd give 10 starts if I could.

won’t work on volkswagen fiat or mini called ahead of time to make sure they would and they when I pull in they tell me they can’t because of the oil filter .

I waited 40 minutes to find out they wanted to charge $108 for an oil change I wasted 40 minutes. I'm not paying $108 for an oil change.

Immediately a worker named Jaime I think was super pissed and in a horrible mood. I didn’t do anything. Super rude and it felt like he wanted to fight. He treated multiple customers that way. Luckily his co worker changed my oil and he was super nice and you could tell he hated working with that guy. So hopefully you don’t get Jaime or whatever his name is. Short Mexican guy. (I’m Mexican too)

Excellent Service!!! Everybody was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t know that my car has been driving with ZERO coolants so, they took their time to explain to me the importance of it. My mind was blown when they showed it to me. Great job guys! Another BIG HONK going your way :)

Overall, the techs did a ready nice job at taking care of my Journey. They were short-handed today. Which created time delay issues for me. After a 30 minute wait. The crew was back on my car and quickly finished.

They had three lanes open for people to get oil changes done. Despite this, I waited over an hour in line even though there was only one car in front of me. Then once they finally moved me inside, I had to wait another thirty minutes before my car finally got serviced and another thirty minutes for them to do the oil change. In total, I was there for about 2 hours and they were extremely inefficient despite having an ample amount of people to perform oil changes on three lanes worth of cars.
