Girl who works at repair shop āKimā currently at 5:15pm shift. Is the worst person to deal. She has no sense of being a nice human. She doesnt even wanna talk to customers to fix their own mistake and refusing to give her name. TA is the worst to deal.

I asked if I can inflate one tire and they said they only charge 60$ for all. You can imagine how much you going to get ripped off for fixing something bigger.

Place smells like septic hasnāt been fixed in a couple months seems like a health hazard I would thinkā¦. but bp has enough money to put pay gates in. I was hoping that with bp buying them it would get better but thatās not the case.

This was a very painful oil change it lasted 4 hours. And then it was $560 out the door. I should have just gone to speedco. And I was the only one in the shop this is what I don't understand.

Be aware of this place! I made an appointment after confirming with them that they had the used tire that I needed to replace an inner drive tire. A few hours later they called me into the shop to work on my truck, once they disassembled the outer tire, the hispanic woman who tended the front desk told me that they donāt have the tires that they told me they had. Afterwards, to my utter disbelief, she took me aside and tried to sell me the tire that I needed and service for a $250 Zelle payment straight to her personal account. I rejected the offer since it seamed that she was stealing TA property and told her to put my truck back together so I can leave. After a while, āmiraculouslyā they had the tire that I needed and they did their job without scamming TA. This happened between 12:00h 15:00h on 8/16/2024 and the Hispanic woman called herself āMistyā if I am not wrong. There were only 2 woman in charge of the counter, an African American woman and the Hispanic woman āMistyā according to her. I donāt know if the mechanics or the African American woman are aware of āMistyāsā dealings behind TA so I canāt blame them. This needs to be investigated. My overall experience with TA is great, but this location has a criminal working for them.

When I came for PM service, they said they could take my truck to the service in 5-6 hours, so I made an appointment and waited for my line. 9 hrs had passed and they said there were 2 vehicles still in process. The lines have been empty almost since the morning. 13 hrs had passed and I was still waiting but they closed the office and just left. They could have told me over the phone that it wouldn't be my line before they destroyed my entire shift but there is not the slightest sign of respect for people in this service š

The lady working on service and parts ā¦ department on deskā¦ she wearing a pink glasses her name is christiana. ā¦ sheās very rude & mannerlessā¦.. she behaves so badly I ask her a question 3 times and still she didnāt respond ā¦.owner have to replace this mannerless lady ā¦. I was check in 12 am for Tyre replacement and they done my job in midnight 1:30 ā¦ but they lady Jessica sheās so nice and kind
