Went in for a PM service yesterday, it was probably the best PM service I've ever received. Richard was AWESOME! This guy got down on his knees to guide me into the bay to make sure that I didn’t pop a tire… which has never happened in all my years as an Owner Operator. He also took the time to HIT EVERY GREASE PORT! WOW! The guy was super nice and cared about his job! I appreciate mechanics like this guy. Thank you, Richard.

I originally had a 5 star review for these guys. I've been parking my truck here for almost 8 years without issue but today on 4/13/2024 around 1800 I had the manager telling me that I can't have my wife driving around the parking lot looking for a free parking spot, even though we've always done that every time we go there for all these years. I've seen other people also doing exactly the same thing over these years as well. We tried to explain that we were trying to get a free parking spot if possible but if not then we would pay for a reserve spot, exactly how we have always done it. I'm sure I've spent hundreds of dollars in reserve parking spots over the years but I will never again spend a dime at this truck stop after this weekend manager threatened to tow my truck off the lot. I will spend my money at the pilot across the street from now on.

Stay clear Truckes, Shotty work. GM IS TWO FACED! Know from fellow drivers they do messed up work and pocketed the cash. Costed them thousands to fix it at the dealership. And employment for people looking for work run go elsewhere your not respected and all their GM's lie thru there teeth!

For a truck stop that has been around for a long time it has been kept up good,very clean has a subway in it closed early.and a Popeye s in it closes at 8 no matter how much food is on the rack. 8 o'clock even if you are in line .has a truck shop, nice people ready to help.

Half of your pumps won't accept a credit card and none of your pumps ever have paper in them. I'm sure you would do a lot less business if you weren't right next to the interstate.

Well it isn't the best ta by far. Getting coffee after midnight probably won't happen. Paid for parking only to be told they over sold the lot. Showers aren't clean. Dust everywhere. Men's bathroom never really gets cleaned.
