Signs everywhere threatening to tow vehicles even though it’s a PARKING lot. Typical TA. Filthy, the parking lot looks like the surface of the moon, dusty, poorly lit, mostly pay to park. With the condition of this lot they should pay me to park.

What a weird truck service they have !! It says”open 24 hours”, but their tech will be at 8 am and no service before that. Besides, they are not sure whether they have oil filter or not, they can tell after seeing the truck in shop. That means, u have to wait around 5 hours to hear if they can replace oil filter or not..:

Had a problem with my airbags for the trailer came to TA service spoke to Tiana she had great smile and professional attitude. On the other hand Darrell is the one who fix the problem with in 20 min great place great service great job team. Recommend this place for the truckers

Good for a quick stop and go. The.parking area is like off-road driving because of all the holes in the drive, but that's typical for TA-Petro.

I love the Boston Market you have in the TA. I take a dime view of the pay parking, but I will park in the back and take the long walk just to get a better meal. The truck stop is easy to get to, it's reasonably clean, and the staff I talked to were alright.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I have never seen such a lazier group of individuals in any sort of business than this shop right here. I had them do an oil change and change out the air-evap filter, took OVER 5 HOURS. Better yet, THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE O-RING IN THE FILTER. I lost air in my system after a few minutes of leaving the place, they had to come to me to put on the o-ring.

Did an oil change with my own filters and oil ; they overfilled and when i talk to the guy at the counter about that, he replied : please dont even tell me that for only half gallon of oil you complained. Anyway thats why they work there and not in a real shop , first and last time at any TA service , just use a real shop for any work on your truck , any mechanic or tech will know to not overfill the motor oil at any other place

Had water pump fail and they got it did. 3 stars bc they didnt burp the system. Hadda get 3 more gallons to top it off after. Techs there need more training.

I got the checking done here at 8:00 am and they said that they will fix the tire in 2 hours, Couple Haours and they only fixed the tire in 10 hours
