Don’t go to these people for any repairs. Went in for an oil change and these boneheads put 2x’s the amount of oil needed in my truck. Do yourself a favor and go to a real diesel mechanic to get your work done.

Terrible service ! Bad communication and bad customer service. They had me waiting 4 hours to just tell me they do not have the supplies for the service and I would have to pay additional $100 for them to open their shop to check of a “possibility” they might have it on stock. I could’ve been on the rode and now I have to drive 6 hours to Virginia and try to make it. Very inconvenient! Terrible service

Believe the comments waited 3hrs and still no service they didn’t have the technician to do a force regen!!! But said if I pay cash I might get service…. What a waste

Remodeled the inside, great laundry machines, nice TV room and a place to eat the deli food they offer. Service is good during the day but at night it depends on who' a working, very nice showers.they have Dunking Donuts.and taco bell

Bathroom was clean. Didn't use the showers. The counter is behind glass like the employees expect to be hit by zombies or people who hold their glock sideways while they request your cooperation in removing the cash from the register. Parking lot was surprisingly clear of humans in general though. Just trucks. Could be worse, could be better.

For a truck stop it's okay have some common sense and you will be fine, as far as the shop is concerned they did my oil change in a timely manner with good quality work. My only complaint is the fact the technician was sloppy on the filter removal letting the contents of the old filter hit the ground unchecked.

Had my truck serviced and underwent a DOT inspection at TA Truck repair shop in Columbia, SC. Shanicka's attention to detail and friendly approach made the process smooth. Highly recommend TA—Shanicka's expertise has earned my trust!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had some a.c. work done here they cross threaded the high pressure line to the dryer and then charged me for evac and recharge 3 time. The mechanic quit in The middle of the job and i waited almost 4 hrs for another mechanic to show up. That mechanic messed up and my a.c. never worked from the get go. They are very disorganized. I understand it's a newer shop location but it's pretty awful. I recommend steering clear of this location!

Service Center is Awful. I called in and was told there are no trucks waiting for repairs. Get there 10 minutes later and there are 4 ahead of me that came in within 10 minutes.

Special thanks to Terry, Marcus and the whole gang here at TA. They removed a tag axle tire from my bus, repaired it, and had me out on the road again in no time. Better yet, I witnessed Marcus training his new-hire assistant with attention to safety and customer service on-par with what we stress in the airline cockpit. TA and it Petrol affiliates are my go-to place for maintenance, on the road. Thanks for superb service. [ Security Alert: There is a man in his forties, African-American, of medium build and 5'11" height, prowling TA's arrival area, trying to divert their customers to an adjacent location. I mistook him for a TA employee at first, spotted the fraud. Remember, all TA employees wear the distinctive dark blue uniform with logo.]

The travel store isn't that bad but the shop is ridiculous. It took them over an hour to get 1 wheel torqued. This combined with a not so great parking lot nets the 2 star rating.

This has to be the worst TA I've ever been to. Shotty road side mechanic who supposedly has 30yrs experience but didn't have the knowledge to get my truck back on the road after installing a water pump. I had to call my mechanic back home, who had to tell him that he needed to also change the sensor to remove the stop engine light. I basically had too disconnect the sensor to get home. They are no good stay away from this location!

Very small TA reminiscent of Brooklyn, IA. PARKING LIMITED. No restaurant. All water shut off so the hydrants at the pumps don't even give you access. No full service restaurant. Does have a Dunkin
