This is the worst TA/Petro I have ever been at for service. So unprofessional, whole staff disappeared like ghost, just gone. Just incredible date 2/5/25 I'd you are a manager here fire yourself and the rest of the employees

Do not go to the shop. No one is qualified to do anything. Place is a scam. Can’t even do oil changes or jump start a truck. Really insane

Purchased diesel on 12/07/2024 around 3:30 am while I was buying it the lady at the register was eating yelling and talking to security and the security was listening to music very loud very disrespectful. Once I’m done paying it the security asked if I said something to her which was weird. The manager should or most train them for the better costumer experience.

THIS PLACE IS NOT FAR AND IS 24HRS WHICH IS A PLUS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY. NOT ONLY IS IT A GAS STATION/TRUCK STOP BUT ALSO AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ATTACHED ARE A STARBUCKS, BOWLING ALLEY, AND RESTAURANT. THE STAFF IS COOL AND GET TO KNOW YOU QUICK AS DO WITH THEM. FOR A TRUCK STOP IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND EVEN HAS A LOUNGE FOR WHERE YOU CAN CHILL AND WATCH TV.

Don’t break down here. Came to work on a truck they had diagnosed. After they told the driver they couldn’t fix the truck, his company called us to come work on it. Not 15 minutes on site they had the audacity to tell us to get in our truck and leave. We had the driver limp his truck to the Love travel stop across the street that had no problem with us doing our job in their parking lot.

Hello truckers, I want to help some owner-operators if you use this establishment. Beware that they hire people off the street to Service units, especially PMs. Things that experienced Mechanics don’t want to do: I went in for a PM so-called tech broke Fuel water separator. The black piece of the filter was stuck in the fuel water separator, so they took a grinder to grind the old filter bottom off I Went to crank up the truck the following day. It took forever to start losing prime Check inside the filter bowl, and it was sucking air. They did fix the problem but tried to Charge me for their mistake. After my truck lost prime, they refused to help me without a new work order ticket, saying that I would have to pay them to get fuel for me, and we were 15 steps from the fuel pump. Old trucker that was sleeping in parking Lott had 2 5-gallon buckets to help me get fuel and prime backup, so I paid him. Petro called me after they saw the truck running for payment. I said for what so their Mechanic can make a commission? Smh lol terrible operation here, guys

Lazy slow ppl came for a trailer pm my company sent over all information that they want done. I checked in at 230pm and I was told Dot inpector was already gone. Then I was told he will be back in at 9am so I got back at 830am to check on the Dot guy and he hasn't gotten in yet i was told i will get a call. 1030am I walked back in to see whats going on then I was told the Dot guy left on a road service. The guy at the desk i thought he would have done the Dot inspection before he left but didn't. So don't come here unless your doing a 34 hrs reset.

There is paid parking like always, the free spots were a little tight. Shop took me quickly after I arrived. Speedy service and friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Braden was very helpful and informative while performing my trucks regen, taught me a bunch of cool extra stuff I would not have otherwise learned.

Great truck stop but the service is horrible. Not the work because you can’t manage to get anything done. It’s the customer service I don’t know why or how they can just be so rude: it’s like you’re invisible when you walk in and then it’s attitude laced with I hate my job and add on some whatever to top it off. Go to lives across the street if you want anything done

Just called to set up service for two trailers at a drop yard and they put me on hold for 10 mins which was fine and when she got back on the phone with me she and I told her about the trailers she told me that will be tomorrow and that was fine and I asked her to let me know when she is ready for the information and she advised me you will have to wait I have customers in front of me. Been on hold for over another 10 mins and still on hold. Poor customer service, whether we are at the counter or on the phone we are still paying customers.

Put me in line to change tire. Asked the size I need and even agreed on price. After waiting for 3 hours finally got the call and asked to back up to service bay. After another 20 minutes, the technician came saying they don’t have the tire size I need. Hope you got the feeling…
