I been at the TA for 2 day to fixed marker light 3, mudflap, spring under trailer, 1 tires. I got called in at 1600pm on the 1st I didn't get out of the shop until midnight. My marker light on the top of my trailer not fixed but was charge $ 389.00 for 6hrs labor. On the 2 I told them that the marker light on top of trailer nit fixed was told by the afternoon I will be call by 3pm was call you door . Which a truck was in the left about a hours I went to let them know she told me to pull to door 5 been wait since 3pm to fixed what they messed up. All the mechanic are so terrible milky the time to complete a simple job just to over charge you they need a supervisor on the weeken night shift to watch these guys. Horrible shop.

Don’t interrupt the group of chicken heads working the register. They are too busy gossiping and chit chatting while the fuel counter has drivers waiting. Not surprised People just hire anyone and don’t bother checking how they actually perform at work Also don’t fuel here You can’t get a shower even after $500 on fuel 🤣

Went in for Popeyes…it was disappointing. The person working there who took my order disregarded what I asked for and gave me what they wanted to. All 5pc of chicken was all flour and hardly any chicken. Mac & Cheese had no flavor taste like baby food with frying oil in it. I won’t be back to this location.

0 stars if I could. Called here for roadside assistance was told 3-4hr wait. 4 hours passed no one, called they said he left 10mins ago he should be there in 45mins. Mind you I’m on 20mins away from the TA! 55mins passed still no one. Call again they said he left 20mins ago he should be there in 20mins, another 45mins passed still no one. If you broke down don’t call them, they are not doing their job you will wait forever. I gave up after 6hrs of no show.

I have spent a lot of money at this place mainly because it is convenient and just around the corner from where I live. However, I would recommend avoiding it if possible! The prices are significantly higher than those at other truck stops and the management is horrible.

After putting more than $800 in gas, I insert the wrong phone number on the cashier register. I tried to get a shower and these ladies said that my phone number doesn’t match the ID. I showed them the fuel receipt and she asked me to pay for the shower . Really?? I hope that you get the same treatment when you need it. Specially the one with the tattoo in the neck

All good ftmp, used earnify to save some but pump 11 was painfully slow, my 40 gallon purchase took like 3x as long as normal pumps

Expediting van drivers do not purchase fuel here. I purchased $52 of fuel, and I was told I had to pay to park here. I was extremely tired. I just wanted a power nap. I traveled all over the United States and never had to pay for parking at a TA. I am a retired disabled Army veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. I can fight for this country, but I'm not good enough rest at a TA. Can't make this shit up. Also there is a rest stop up the road for free.

Hey TA, don’t tell me to call you so you can resolve a matter. Simply put, $22 to park is flat out profiling drivers. You would be just another gas station if it weren’t for trucks. Maybe consider that? I’ve been on the road for 34 years and it’s always been, if you fuel you park free. Doesn’t BP make enough off of trucks for the fuel? You make over $3,000 per night just in this one location for parking. Ridiculous. Last time and last dime at TA

The shower was very clean, so much cleaner than the pilot, and Mrs, Vicky was working in Popeyes and she has exceptional customer service, she is very professional and pleasant, aswell as the food was hot and fresh, great experience, pilot needs tips from you all

There must be only one person working in the shop and 5 behind the counter from what I've seen. I've been waiting 5 hours to get a spare tire mounted on the trailer.

do NOT park at this location. Parked here and disconnected trailer. Drove to store and told management I needed to go do some shopping and get dinner, they flat told me that my trailer would be towed away if I left! I have NEVER had a problem doing that at any other TA, so long as I was back within a few hours. The TA outside of hickory NC has few spots for parking and will ask you to leave if not in a correct spot and here we are bringing food, water and supplies to the north Carolina flood victims with limited parking for truckers and they gonna treat us like this!! I will NEVER spend another red cent inside thier stores or purchase fuel from these locations....EVER!!! I'll take my business to thier competitions first! THEY ARE NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY!!!

Came in to get my AC unit worked on at 3:00 that afternoon after my ac stopped blowing cold. The temp for the day was 95⁰ so just imagine how hot it was inside my truck. I've waited & waited & waited. Seen workers standing in huddles laughing & doing absolutely nothing the lack of urgency was non-existent. Then another constantly walking around the building on his phone. Then to never be seen & couldn't even give me an approximate on when I was going to get checked in so I left first thing that morning and went to the loves 15 miles up the road and got seen within a couple of hrs THEN I got a call from TA's shop asking about if I still needed service after 18 hrs. Overall the TA center was decent and comfortable this review was for the shop

I am here Since 12 P,M for ten full hours, waiting to fix a leak from my water pump. They said to wait 2-3 hrs. But after ten hrs i am still waiting hopelessly. The two trucks ahead of me are still here. They said that staff didn't show, but should i suffer for someone's absence? They will charge a driver hugly, but they don't care about the 11 hrs waiting for vain. Poor driver. I should drive 17 hrs to Dallas Texas till Monday. No body cares about a Driver's suffering, just wait.
