I stopped for fuel, filled my tank and parked to rest for a few hours, a guy banged on my window and told me I had to pay $10 to park there.. claiming to be a rest stop and hustling the customers for money to rest… just find a different stop and avoid the parking lot troll.

Where is the Nevada Health Department? This showers are disguising, even my horse gets washed in a cleaner spot. This was 1-24-25 and has been like this for few months. Definitely we need to send inspectors from Nevada Health Department.

Friendly staff. Had to paid to stay here overnight, but not that much. Toilets were clean. There is also a small casino inside.

Restroom toilets don’t flush, no toilet paper, no soap… front and back restrooms… worker sitting in their phone. HIGHLY DISGUSTING. Dirty, filthy is a better word for this place. Owners have seen these types of comments before this one and DO NOTHING about it. Should get shut down and health violations here.

The men’s restroom has a horrible smell due to a busted pipe.one of the attendees shared that info with me..the sinks and toilets and disgusting..not to mention the shop they have..this place should be sparkling because of the location and for just human decency

Came for a break decided to get some snacks grabbed some chips and coconut water the water was brown and looked nasty went to tell the cashier she instantly got mad and tried to say that it was good just showed she knows nothing about the products they sell im not homeless and will drank anything the products been exposed and they are no good it's best if they get rid of all them before someone gets sick

Don’t stop here for repairs only came in to have a nail removed next thing I know they’re talking about hub seals need repair okay next thing you know telling me if they can’t fix it might have tow to a specialist. Had wait four hours than another 4 and I didn’t get hub work done . This place full of scammers working truckers . And every parking spot you must pay for for sure I won’t be ever stop here again . Believe the reviews stay far away if you can they’ll just try shake you down and waste your time .

Filthy. Showers and bathrooms are FILTHY and have been every time we've stopped here. Staff is indifferent or rude. Trucks and partying travelers make for an extra loud night, but convenient with a small casino inside. Location and amenities earned this the 2.5 stars, but the filth alone may cause you to question those. If you want a quieter, cleaner space, and proximity to the strip doesn't matter, I'd recommend North Vegas TA Goasis it's clean and quiet by comparison.

The shop service is a joke. Nobody knows if they are coming or going. 3hrs and counting for a marker light you walk to a bay people just sitting around and talking. Plain nonsense 😒

They charged from me for nothing 99.15$, I said them change my water seperator filter, they said me they don't have filter, for that chages from me 99.15, then I go to love's, they change my filter 84.13$ how is it works??? and the horrible customer service, maybe it's because I'm an immigrant or because I'm Asian???

This TA takes the cake for the worst truck stop in America. Poorly run, management should fire themselves if not just shut this filthy place down. It is disgusting and gross 🤮.

2 stars bc elder lady with really light hair is nice. Bathroom in back of casino was out of toilet paper for over 2 hours. The front bathroom only has 1 or 2 working stalls and some dude was sitting in there with his feet up. Looked like an empty stall but someone was in there.

This TA is old. The shower stalls are small and dirty. If you’re a little on the big side you will struggle to shower and be touching the nasty walls with your body 🤢. One time there wasn’t even toilet paper. A good note though there is good water pressure. Parking is whatever but hey at least there’s a place to park.

Ask the clerk how she was doing she didn't say nothing back to me back my stuff didn't even say have a nice day or nothing even told her thank you she didn't say nothing back I need to realize we're truckers we don't really see too many people and when we do it would be nice if they weren't rude to us especially when we're spending all that money and walking through their pissed filled parking lot.

I definitely believe they are chasing unfair profit at the mechanics department. The staff was polite, but the business charged a high price for a simple procedure. I will share the details in the truck driver groups on Telegram. Be cautious.

Road side service mechanic David A. Did a fantastic job today. We had a tire issue. We have a difficult size tire 17.5 rims on our trailer. He did a professional Job and was very polite. He did an outstanding job. We will definitely be using Ta in for our Tire needs. Thank you again, David A.

TA management..I know you guys can do better with the showers.. Ok there's no place to put your soap in the shower. Your shower heads are good but the way it's pointing, you got to be up against the wall to catch the water..I feel like I should have went to the Petro which is owned by u guys too..Yeah I know but the Petro's showers are usually really good..Other than that it's not too bad.

Avoid this place at all costs. Purchased an item. Was $3.29 at the shelf. Marked twice. Rang up at the register at $3.79. Employee stated that maybe someone marked it wrong. Twice? And by Nevada law supposed to ring up at the marked price. Employee refused. Another customer heard me complaining and found the same issue on another product. Management needs to step up!

Booked a Roadside Assistance yesterday through our national Michelin Account at about 140pm my time. Our truck had blown a trailer tire near Nipton CA. WE HAVE A MOUNTED SPARE and only needed somebody to come out and PUT IT ON. ETA given was 90-120 minutes. 3 hrs later and no show, new ETA given another 90-120 minutes. 3 MORE hours later and still no show, Michelin called them and was told truck had been dispatched 1 hr before, eta 15-25 min. Still no show. Called Michelin again, they called TA, TA told them they were in the area on ANOTHER call before us, new ETA 90-120 minutes from that time. Also they told Michelin they had been in contact with my driver when they had not been AT ALL. I asked Michelin to phone around and see if there were any other options, and Michelin found a different company to come out around 830pm my time, who showed up 75 minutes later (Las Vegas to Nipton CA is 71 miles, so the other guys basically headed out immediately) and had our tire changed within 15 or 20 minutes of getting there. Honestly, TA Las Vegas gave us and Michelin the WORST service I can ever recall my company getting. If I were you, DON'T take your vehicle to TA Las Vegas for repairs or service and DON'T call them for roadside assistance. I would give them zero stars if I could. Terriblle, terrible, TERRIBLE. I will be recommending to Michelin that they be removed from their authorized partner list. And the company that DID come out told my driver that this TA has lost ALOT of business to them recently, even some big contracts. DON'T GO THERE.

I get it’s a truck stop but to work all day, park and try to get a meal, WHY WOULD YOU SERVE THIS TO ANYONE? I wouldn’t even serve this to my dog. Shame on the young gentleman that thought this was ok.

Like most TA & Petro, this place is a train wreck. Truck parking is full of local trucks, dropped trailers and wrecked trucks/trailers. I was going to fuel and park but once I saw that there was absolutely no parking available in the middle of the day on a Sunday, I decided to fuel further down the road where there is parking. Also, the property is trashy and dirty with a sense of being robbed or mugged. Truck stop is an insult to Las Vegas.
