Do not bring your Big Rig to this place for any maintenance or PM Service. I took my Truck there to get a Lube Job and I literally had to point out everything I needed lubed. These Guys here at the Denton, TX location is some of the laziest group of Guys I've ever seen in my entire Trucking career. The tech did manage to inform me that I had a leaking wheel seal on my steer axle, so I appreciate that. I asked how much it would be to do the repair of the wheel seal and new brake pads, so the lady ant the counter gave me an estimate of $1068.00 for replacing only the drivers side which was leaking. I thought that was a bit expensive, but I gave them the authorization to do the wheel seal because I didn't want my wheel to fall of while I was driving, or DOT put me out of service and give me a maintenance violation., so they had me pull to bay number 4 because they needed to get the parts from Volvo, and it would be a couple hrs wait. I'm waiting for the parts to be delivered and while I'm waiting inside my Truck, I notice about 3 techs was standing at the engine area of my Truck, as I had the hood open. I overheard the one Tech telling one of the other techs to open the air release valve on the air storage tank of my Truck, so I jump out and see that he had pulled one of my air lines off the foot valve of my Truck, so I asked Him "why are you messing with my truck, I didn't ask you to mess with my air lines". I was pissed because once he replaced the airline, the leak was noticeably louder than before and the fact that I already felt like I was being over-charged for the wheel seal repair, and now He's trying to create another job. Finally after a few choice words, the young white lady who works the counter came and told me the here carrier told her that the patrs I needed for my Truck was on back order and none of the Volvo locations in the Metroplex had the parts. I knew it was B.S. and I told Her that because the Guys didn't want to work on my truck after I had to fuss at them about the poor lube job and tampering with my air lines. I called Vlvo the next morning and they had all the parts in stock and none of them was on back order. I would never refer any of my Trucking Buddies to this shop, not even for a Tire Repair. The Guys here at TA Denton, TX is only showing up to work everyday to get a paycheck. They do not care about their job or the Driver's safety nor the safety of The Motoring Public. Stay far away from this place unless you need somewhere to overnight.

Matt is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. The managers do not return calls. My issue is still not resolved. It has been almost a month. They charged my daughter’s prepaid card. No goods or services were provided. The card equipment at the food court didn’t work but did charge the card. No food was given or taken. They are stating no record found and the card company is stating services and goods were received. We do have a receipt proof nothing was given. Matt bragged about how long he has been a manager but it’s been over a month and still can resolve a problem or offer at least a meal to my daughter.

Originally I thought they was decent at the shop now I know I will never return here as they tried to charge me hourly for airbags because they said it was a hard job then come to find out they put the wrong airbags on and costing them and me 1000s of dollars I can’t believe the manager backed his guys work when he didn’t even show up until 1:30 am he knows his mechanic was in the wrong because he came in to force close my service as it took him around 6 hrs for 2 airbags not to mention he wanted to cut the bolts off my original bags because he didn’t notice the clear as day mounting bracket that needed to be removed first I recommend anyone needing service to stay away from here

$26 for parking is highway robbery. Also the people working behind the desk last night feel like they don’t want to be there. Come in and ask them how they are doing and they are like “oh im here”. Like if you don’t want to work there just say it. Won’t be returning to park at this TA. Rather park on the side of the road

Burger King was out of everything. All of the staff in the main store were verbally complaining to one another that they were busier than they'd like to be. Everyone was rude. Luckily the Salisbury steak I ordered was fresh and surprisingly delicious. Would have been 5 stars If the staff would have been even partly pleasant.

THIS is what MY shower experience was like: ( plz excuse any mess as I had JUST got done cleaning up) For those who uses ANY of the truck stops SHOWERS on a daily regular basis, THIS shower was ALOT more ROOMIER, hot water temp was ACTUALLY HOT, & the water pressure, well, let’s just say that there’s enough to ensure that all body parts get rinsed. Now each shower DOES come equipped w/ 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel, a wash cloth, & a Bath mat ( not bad for a truck stop, ESP considering SOME don’t even INCLUDE a bath mat, much less say an extra TOWEL)

Unprofessional. I stopped here under the impression I’d be able to get my truck maintenanced. When I spoke with a clerk they said all of their mechanics were on a job and they’d get back to me as soon as they could. Mind you I have a toddler with me and this was around 9pm. We were trying to check into our hotel once my truck was accepted to be worked on and started to be worked on. Well that never happened. We sat in the truck waiting for hours and fell asleep waiting. When I woke up around 5ish and went to check and see if they were ready to work on my truck it was a completely different staff. They were rude and started to raise their voice at me in front of my child after I tried to explain to them what had happened the night before! They disregarded everything I said and told me to leave as if I did something wrong..If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don’t deserve 1 star. I do not recommend this TA stop to anyone looking to service their truck or semi here at all!!! Let alone give them any kind of business.

As always it’s a ta, the parking was horrible and craters in the parking lot. They got rid of the only restaurant worth stopping in for, and replaced it with Pizza Hut. The chick in the shop acted as if she didn’t want to be there and was annoyed that I was checking in to the shop. The showers and remodeled and looks worse then before. Like a cheap motel doing the minimum to update.

I had the worst service ever here at this TA loc. I have had waited the whole night to get my PM service done after putting my tuck inside for work, 6 hours later I came to check they said ohh I am we don’t the type of oil we suppose to put in. This situation was with a guy name Ovie. He’s an African American. He was very unhelpful. Hard to deal with . Giving a bad image TA representative. I’ll never deal back with TA for any mechanical service.

Half the pumps don't work. Most of the truck parking spots are reservation-only. The lousy staff blame faulty pumps on "lack of money". Worst truck stop I've ever seen

TA really suck. Every time I need a little help something as small as I need air for my tire they cannot help out, unless you’re paying them. We breath air for free and yall couldn’t even let me fill my tire. I really recommend Loves travel stop, pilot and Flying J. At least there they will help you or have free air and you don’t have to make an appointment just for some air. This isn’t the first time TA has done this. They are really like this all over the country. I seriously don’t recommend spending your hard earned dollars at this establishment they will take your money but can’t provide any assistance when needed.

This is for the mechanic shop. I spent 6 days here cause I needed a spendel repaired on my trailer with a air leak. These people love keeping you hostage and taking there time. When you ask them whats the update and all they make up things. Avoid this TA mechanic shop at all costs I'd rather let a lot lizard without tools work on my truck than them.

I'm a driver that enjoy coming here over the years and with in those years I've became a dog owner and an owner operator I've stop here for 5 days for some time off and to save from burn diesel by not Idling and also have a dog and it being over 100° in those days I've gone in to the truck stop and enjoy my time along with my dog not being in the hot truck but the time of gone in multiple times of those days being in the truck stop I kept getting rough comments from upper staff members from the truck stop side to the food curt side of truck stop with me haven a laptop I couldn't go to the driver lounge there no table nor wall outlet to plug not even a cellphone charger let alone a laptop the only place that has both was in the food curt area booths tables but far as my dog she doesn't get upset or Roud up on demand unless someone actually trys Intentionally I was told by some passing customer some upper staff members where trying doing that by the 3rd day of the 5 that I was there to enjoy my time off. Some upper staff members come up to me about some issues which I learn they Intentionally where trying to create that they have policy etc.. etc.. etc.. after learn this from passing through customers I felt discussed but no staff members told me I have to leave just got treated differently because of my dog

Super nice folks throughout. Currently Boston Mkt is moving out and Pizza H is coming in. Regular T/A Deli runs 0600 to 2000 and word is they are pretty good. Good selection of prepared items late on Sat. BK is open till 2200. Never enough parking spaces as normal. Good size shop busy on a Sat. night. Bright and friendly everywhere.

Very Good staff and help full I had book my Trailer in but they were busy I couldn’t wait and left for Dallas and Olvi was very help full he call me 3 times to find out if I need assistance so I appreciate him and I told him to void my Ticket may be next time I recommend this TA to everyone for there friendly service
