I had my brakes seize up on my trailer last night and get extremely hot. Ben came out on the service call and fixed the truck enough for us to get back to the Janesville TA . Ben was very helpful and professional.

Came here a year ago and it was awful experience for a shower they were under construction and it was so ungodly hot we didn't even shower here. But came back today and definitely is a by far better experience they have remodeled and it's beautiful! Great Job TA!!!

Debbie have a very bad actitude, I just go and try to ask for a exchange in a product they sell me and she pretend dont understands my English when the others in the store clearly understand everything, she says "when the food cross the door is no their problems" is not a problem to tell me this is the way how you do!

They have redone this truck stop and did a beautiful job. There is a very large store that is very clean, well maintained and stocked. 🛎️ The store staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. 🍔 They have a Wendy's, Hunts pizza and a Cinnabon inside along with the usual TA food selections. They have a nice drivers lounge upstairs along with a good size laundry room. 🚻 The restroom was clean and well maintained.🚿 The shower was clean with lots of hot water and good water pressure. There is a shop on site and I got a trailer replacement, staff was very professional and friendly. 🅿️ The truck parking lot is not too bad it's a little small but I have seen worse.

Without question the cleanest truck stop I've been to yet!! Clean inside and out. Plenty of clean green space to walk my dog. Friendly staff.

I don’t know why people work the TA truck stops so mean They know how make money but they have 0 Customer service I call them These guys they said we are available but when I got there after 20 minutes they said “ we are closed with half an hour”. So finally, they let me in after that I asked them, how much the tires? They said about 325 + labor total of 400. The thing they charge me 515 and then I asked them why? They said “we charge you Tire recap fee. So I would recommend people not to go there. people the funny things there was a guy that behind me they let him in half an hour after I talk to them.

Just got here a little while ago. Store is impeccably clean as are the bathrooms. I love the privacy style doors in the bathroom. It's a little cramped but they're doing the best they can with the space they have. Will gladly stop here again. I will also update later on the showers and driver amenities upstairs. Major benefit is it's not in a secluded area. You have lots of shopping and restaurants around if you don't want to cook and you need to go to the store.

T/A and its bathrooms are good to go. I don’t usually do this but that Wendy’s is all the way trash. Bad management. Bad food and prepping of food. Fries old and nuggets undercooked. Cashier (Michael) was very cool but like I said, the night supervisor needs retraining. Maybe, hopefully, I caught him on a bad night but truckers eat before you pull up here for the night just to be safe. Or eat at Chester’s.

Once again Shaun Albanian, did a great job on my truck. It was AC repairs this time but as always he does an exceptional job. I will pass up every TA and Petro I go by just to stop here to get my repairs done as long as Sean is working. Assistant manager Nancy is a blast she's very fun to talk with very knowledgeable, she is a great assistant manager. Thank you guys once again I appreciate the great work and conversation.

The diesel I purchased on 1/11/24 has gelled up at -10°F, even though they had a sign claiming their fuel was "treated" to -30°F, and I've added a bottle of anti-gel on top of that. It cost me about $2000 in lost income, tools, and fuel filters.

This TA is disaster, there is barely room to pull up after fueling, the whole gas station is under construction and its complete mess. If you are looking for faster fueling and better experience overall just keep going 20 miles south you have amazing Loves in Roscoe !

If you are changing oil. And come here. You will drive from here while your truck pouring oil and fuel. There newbie guy who will mess up you truck.
