Hector showed up within 30 mins of me requesting service! I had a blowout on the trailer and hector got right on it and talked like if we’ve been longtime friends. I liked that he even wire brushed the threads on the studs and sprayed some lubricant on them as well on the lug nuts. That’s going above and beyond!

I walked in without an appointment. I explained to them that I had a semi emergency. Long story short they got me in immediately and took care of my problem within minutes. Everyone there was very friendly and professional.

My company has been trying to do business with T&W Tire for a couple of months now. This week we were told our account was never set up and that payment was due now. They tell us this after they already serviced our vehicle. I find out today that the account was set up, so why send a tech to come collect payment yesterday? So thankful they are not the only outfit in town.
