Although customer service was okay, the actual service and labor of the work that was done left me -$800. I went there to get a diagnosis in which they told me the issues with my car was the transmission mount and front end mount which was causing my car these problems. Left my car with them to fix, car was running the exact same way it did when I first got there even after they told me that was the key problem to fixing my car. It is black owned and I wanted to support but save your money and time. Look elsewhere. “Larry” was my “technicican”

I literally paid this place my absolute last $560 to repair my coolant system which according to them and their “diagnostics” was a new thermostat installed. Well that same night, my vehicle ran completely out of coolant once again leaving me stranded on side of highway 85 2 hours away from my home. I ended up getting second degree burns removing the reservoir cap too soon, lost the reservoir cap I had also just paid them for. And had to sit/sleep on the side of a busy highway all night long until 7:30am when autozone opened so that I could purchase the same exact cap I purchased a day before. I was so traumatized by that ordeal that I simply called T&T the following day and instead of the woman owner, I spoke with her son who actually did the work on my vehicle. I explained what happened and his response was to deny any wrong doing or accountability on his part for why my car was completely out of coolant the same night I just paid you guys almost $600 to repair. I simply asked for a refund so that I could go to a place I trusted to get the job done correctly, he refused, said that he had fixed the thermostat and suggested that I bring it back in to them the next day so that they could look at it. You guys tried and failed and caused me to get seriously injured because of your work that didn’t fix a thing. I have photos of the incident, a print out of the recorded phone call between myself and the owner’s son, a invoice from a second opinion mechanic, and videos and pics of the coolant just running out of my engine. Will be looking into suing for pain and suffering and mental anguish and for my money I’ve paid to them if this is not resolved really soon. Don’t take your vehicle here

Be care full before going there business,, they will rip you off for no reason and Telling you unnecessary problems in your car . I have Camary for oil charge they charge me 375 plus 125 labor for oil change when I asked them why you charging me this for ,, this is our property and they even so rude with clients ,, I wish I have below 0 rating

I left my car for a simple inspection for my 2003 honda accord and they gave me a bill for $356. Wayyyy over priced for no reason and they ended saying the price included repairs for issues that wasn’t addressed. THEY SHOULD ONLY CHARGE FOR INSPECTION, NOT RANDOM REPAIRS.

I left my car in the lot for a simple inspection, came back and saw bumper damage. I didn't have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket for this repair. I repeat don't leave your car in their lot, very unsafe.

I went in to drop my car off for repair with the radiator, they said it would take 3 days to repair it, but they ended up taking 3 1/2 weeks. Worst service everrr

I went to go check up on my car overnight in their parking lot to take some work items out and saw that someone rammed into by back bumper. They didnt even claim responsibility for it. Dont leave your vehicles there!!!!!

Please don’t go to this place they are bad for business. The young lady there are a liar for diagnosis they tell u one thing and do something else. I asked for them to tell me what’s wrong with my ac and they changed my “expansion valve” and it still didn’t work. I had Covid around this time and I couldn’t talk because I were on a breathing machine. They took totally advantage of me and as I were calling up there she kept telling me to come back. Now I’m fully recovered and she are telling the man don’t work here anymore and it’s nothing she could do. Sad and need to be closed down

Terrible place!!!! I left my car to get its oil changed. I came to pick up my car and it’s BUMPER WAS DAMAGED. I talked to the owners and they had no explanation and didn’t offer to fix it!!! Now I have to get my lawyers and insurance involved. DONT COME HERE!!!

The lady that works there is HORRIBLE! She has a nasty attitude and the man that's there is worse. I understand things can go wrong in businesses but taking it out on your customers is not right. Then have the audacity to over charge for their services...

Fair pricing for labor and a quick turnaround time for the service not to mention customer service was amazing to say the least. Angie the receptionist was the nicest lady and made sure all parts were ordered and there on time. Thanks guys!
