I’ve been bringing my cars to this man for years!!!! I might not be able to understand every word he says but I know I can trust him and It’s not easy being a woman and needing car repairs! I’ve never been ripped off by this man he’s always been honest and has always tried saving me money! There needs to be more ppl in this world like this guy!!

Bad customer service. The owner is rude. I was using an electronic proof of insurance but he raised his voice and said it needed a hard copy. I asked why and he just waived he hand to leave why I stood there awkwardly.

I'm all for supporting local businesses, but not when the owner is not only downright rude upon my arrival. The owner Ty Nguyen is beyond incompetent when swiping and processing a simple credit card correctly for a usual service, such as a state inspection. The tin can of an owner somehow managed to charge me an additional $25.50 on top of $25.50 in the total amount of $51.00. How stupid can you be?! Once I checked my credit card statement, I immediately called T & T and the owner Ty Nguyen answered. I explained my situation and all he did was yell some gibberish and hang up on me. Somebody that idiotic and rude should not be in business and should be barred from EVER swiping anyone's credit card for that matter. The name of the business should be changed to "Tots & Toys" for the simple fact the owner has a brain the size of a toddlers and handles a customer's credit card like it's a toy.
