I had my fender liner replaced here and the technician who did the work and replaced the part left multiple screws/bolts missing, left multiple screws/bolts only partially screwed in, and also used the wrong size push pins to secure the new fender liner which apparently just fell out later on. This caused the fender liner to brush up against the tire burning a hole through the brand new installed fender liner when driving on the highway to/from Las Vegas. I took my vehicle back to the shop and the technician admitted the mistakes he made right in front of both me and John(who runs the shop). Clearly the mistakes the technician had made caused the newly installed part to become damaged, yet John was unwilling to do anything to fix the problem and he actually just told me I was crazy. I paid for the newly installed part and paid for the labor and am left driving with a fender liner with a hole burned through it. This was their best tech with the most experience who did this also. Don't take your vehicle to T&R.

My 2016 Mazda Miata looked brand new when I picked it up. Car was clean. John was great to work with. He handled the insurance company. I’m so happy with T&R Collision.

Pictures say it best but not given a way to post on this review ☹️ My bumper looks like it is going to fall off! Seams are coming apart! Grill looks like the one that was on it before they worked on it. Seriously! Shoddy shoddy work. I have pictures; wish I could share them 😢😩😡

Excellent service on my jeep today, these guys did a great job on my driver side door and was detailed when I picked it up only took 3 days, thank you TR Collision!

I would highly recommend the guys at T and R they went above and beyond! First of all they were absolutely transparent about the whole process and kept me updated every step of the way. Secondly, the level of quality and experience of these guys is amazing, they put so much pride into their work my car looked better than new! And last but not least they detailed it inside and out before I picked it up. I will definitely be back to get more work done!

I am amazed by the whole process and professionalism the whole entire staff gave me.. I took my car in twice for separate incidents.. Everything was done perfect and done on time. My first incident was a scratch on my driver side. It was very deep down to the metal. The 2nd time was when someone backed into my passenger side which caused significant damage to the passenger door and gas tank . I had extreme bulging on that side and it looks brand new like it never happened! They know what they are doing and I amazed that I got the lowest quote through them. I definitely recommend T&R Collision Center. My step dad had work done by then and is going back for another repair job .

Stopped here just to get a quote for some minor body damage. The guy that greeted us in the office didn’t seem like he wanted our business. When I asked about a quote he standoffishly said “what insurance” like it was a problem we were there. When I mentioned we’d be paying in cash, he sighed & said “let’s go look at the damage.” About halfway to our car he mentions there was a $65 fee just for an estimation and when I politely declined we got a smile & a “have a nice day.” The only smile we received was when he realized he wasn’t getting our business. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

They were unable to communicate with my insurance company. Pretty much had my car hostage for a week till a payment was sent in. Due to the delay I am now paying additional fees I shouldn’t be paying. They point at the insurance company, insurance company points at them. Overall no the best customer service

Went there for a minor problem encountered a very nice lady she fixed it immediately whenever you want something done right, ask a lady. This place is awesome.😎

A semi crossed hwy, flipped on side & slide its roof against our front drivers fender, connecting to left head lit, grabbing our grill and bumper taking it with it. Sliding down drivers side of vehicles smashing side mirror and slightly scrape drivers door handle… streaks were just buffed out. It did a white powder streaks from white reside of white trailer roof. Calif. Hwy Patrol checked to be sure our truck was capible to drive 200 + miles home and it was. We took it to T&R after our Ins. co. Asked if we knew anyone to take it to. We said no and they said it was our choice but a lot of their clients go to T&R Collision in Bullhead City. That should of been first red flag. We took it there…..note, our truck a 2007 but in mint condition inside and out . Anyway…. T&R padded our Estimate with false damages….. there was No damage to drivers door…just front fender. No damage to step rail they had at over $1000….. no damage to our Alloy wheels or tires had high $ on , No glass breakage to be repaired, no damage to truck bed or back drivers side door. and so much more they had on the Estimate. I have pictures in detail at accident sight That I took to back up what I am saying. Anyway …. I believe our Adjuster has worked with these people so much he did not even check estimate to truck . Because he would have seen no glass breakage, no side door damage, no step rail , wheel or tire damage. Someone wanted our truck. Ins. Co. Sent letter they Totaled our truck but we kept it and went to T&R to let them know we settled with Insurance Co. and wanted them to go on and repair it. The lady at the desk oh no we can’t …. It is too old. My husband said “ You are kidding!” “Well do you know of someplace else who would repair it?” She said there is no one that would fixit….. they cannot get parts for it. My husband said, “ Well bring me my truck! “. We took it and I got on the phone to a neighbor who had his car repaired at another Collision . We took it right over there… the guy came out took notes and said give me a minute. He came out with an Estimte of several Thousands of dollars less than the other. If we took it to him first our truck would not have been totaled but repaired. We would have not had the cost of having to get a Salvage Title. The guy at DMV were great tho. He said just enjoy your beautiful truck. The title will not take away from its mint condtion …only if you would want to sell to dealer. The lady at Collision Center was very upset she could not change our minds when she went to get our truck for us….she walked past me in rental car and gave me a angry , mean look. We love our truck …and had it repaired somewhere else for lots less anyway…they did us a favor by telling us they would not repair it. Oh after the lady there said our truck was too old & no one could fix it because they could not get parts … I went online and found all the main parts we needed. They lied to us …

Lied to me to get me to sign a release and now they are holding my vehicle hostage after doing no work… crooks and liars I should’ve listened to everyone saying not to go here… I’ll pay the ransom to get my vehicle and then I’ll see you in court. The tow was done before I signed the release and authorized by the insurance I could have had it taken ANYWHERE YOU ARE UNETHICAL THIEVES!!! YOU WONT GET MY BUSINESS NOT NOW NOT EVER!!!

They took my truck way before my parts were in and had ny vehicle for 18 days total!! They never called to update me, i had to call to ask. Then waited til almost closing time on a friday, to release my vehicle so if anything was wrong there was nothing we could do about it til monday.

I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service with them. Also, they did a beautiful job on my body work. My Jeep looked brand new again after they completed the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and work. They will be my go-to for any future work.
