Very very nice staff..always kind and helpful! Roger is so kind there, just today..went out in 112 degree heat, and spoke to me about a repair job and helped me to feel better, and where to go, what to do etc.

Edit: 10/3/23: [New Visit] Another visit for a Tire Pressure Sensor that had come off my valve stem in one of my tires. They were able to get it fixed very quickly and had it in stock. I love the friendly service here, I know I will be back again. Thank you all for your hard work! [Previous Visit] Fantastic and quick service. Went in for an oil change and was gone thirty minutes later, staff is extremely friendly. Thank you!

First off everyone was very nice and arranged a ride for me when needed. Brought my truck to replace the driver side door handle and an engine light which my code reader determined was a small evap leak, most likely the gas cap. They called me with additional problems found. Specifically the radiator had a leak when pressure was applied. I approved the radiator repair but the part could not be acquired that day. I told them I needed to drive the truck home that night. The mechanic suggested they would leave the radiator cap loose. I drove the truck home that evening (was about 114 degrees that day). The truck overheated by the time I got home, expelling a good amount of fluid into the engine compartment and my carport. Cap was also completely off at this point, must have rattled loose or the force of the boiling water pushed it off. Let it sit to cool. Was able to refill fluid and drive it back the next day (with cap properly attached). Repairs were completed and I paid for the service and went to take the truck. As put the key in the lock, the lock fell into the hole in the door. This is when the ride was arranged so I could get back to work. Repairs "completed" again. I picked up the truck and the mechanic did take the time to explain what happened with the lock. I'm not going into that but I do appreciate it. A couple days later I notice oily drops in my carport. When I look closer, the whole right side of the engine is covered in fluid. I took it to another mechanic at this point. There are 2 lines that go to and from the transmission to the radiator that were not properly reconnected. So another $125 to clean up their mess. Do I even need to mention I don't recommend?

From the manager/front desk to the technician, all were friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed an exhaust leak that had been to 4 local repair shops prior to them diagnosing the issue correctly. Quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience getting my oil changed at a different place. Stopped in here to get things checked and they rocked it! I will only come here for service from now on.

I walked in without an appointment. The lady at the desk was great. I was told I could get an oil change and even mobile one right away. They do the check of a number of items on the car. They found and showed me that my rear brakes were shot. They quoted a reasonable price and said they could do it right away. They finished all the work while I waited. The mechanic came out said he was gonna take it for a short little test drive and everything was great. Everyone there was very nice and I was extremely happy.

I was a Honda dealership only type person, until moving here. I cannot drive to Kingman and just drop off my vehicle for service. I have brought my Honda in 3 times in the last year for oil changes. I have a high mileage vehicle and they take great care of me. Wait for oil change is 30 minutes, peace of mind for knowing they are doing it right.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Just moved in to town and my AC was not working. Had to order a part for me, scheduled an appointment and they fixed my AC quickly. Very happy, very satisfied. Def good people! 👍👍 ✌️🤘
