Jose and the team did a great job honestly diagnosing my suspension issue which was causing uneven wear patterns on my tires. Was able to get the parts in quickly and get my truck going again after only a few hours in the shop at fair price. I turn a wrench in a different industry, so I crawled under the truck after they were done and noticed nice and clean work. Will be coming back if I have any suspension problems on any of my vehicles in the future

We discovered Suspension Plus after a bad experience at our local dealer. Our 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude needed new struts and more front-end work. Jose and his team did excellent work at a fair price. The Jeep rides smoother than it did new.

Outstanding suspension service and can take care of any other issues without price gouging but also not going to slap cheap parts on your vehicle. They have a small shared parking lot so call ahead and you'll get taken care of right away when you arrive and they call you when it's done, simple. Definitely my go-to Auto shop.

I was told by a dealership at my last servicing that I was due for new brakes and then I recently got a reminder that it was time for servicing. A friend of mine suggested I take my car to Suspension as they are honest and good at car repairs. Today, Brad and Jose inspected them and said I had plenty of wear left on my current brakes and that servicing won't be needed for another 2000 miles. It is so refreshing to find this kind of customer service, professionalism, and integrity!

Brad was great and my alignment was completed quicker than anticipated and at a good price. Only con is the parking lot at their location can get a little crazy, but fortunately wasn’t a big issue for me the day I went in. Wonderful service!

I’m in the Nevada army guard and am a Soldier down her for training. My government vehicle battery completely died and it was difficult to get out because of the make of the car. Suspension plus helped out no problem! Got me taken care of right away and even dealt with my government card I had to use. Hassle free and super friendly! Suspension Plus is the best auto repair place I've found . They've done a fantastic job on 2 recent issues; 1. replacing the struts and 2. AC compressor line. They offered fair pricing and did great work. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to any who asks. Btw, the Plus in the name is all the other types of repairs besides suspensions.

Very thankful for Brad and Jose quickly finding the solution to my coolant level being off. It was my first time here & he told me, “Good news..” I didn’t have to pay anything at all. My coolant had been leaking due to the clamp on the hose, they saw I’d already had new radiator & hose. Other places wanted to charge me $45-77 just to look at it. They didn’t try to say something was wrong. I’ve lived in Sports Arena neighborhood for more than 25 yrs & I’ve had to bounce around to different places because of people being dishonest & poor customer service or charging too much so it it nice & refreshing to have Jose and Brad be so nice and honest and top off my coolant and whatever they did to the clamp n hose for free. Definitely going to them for future repairs. Thank you Suspension Plus Brad & Jose & crew. Well done.

Got in there right away. Place was really clean and organized which in my opinion is rare for a garage. Real professionals and I got the feeling I was talking to a person not some kind of corporate machine. They don't just do what's on the order form, they actually look at your vehicle and see what else could be better with excellent communication and explanation. I appreciate that.

Came in this morning to get info on getting an alignment for my kia sorrento. The guy who attended me was nice and helpful. I was able to stay and get my car aligned for a little over $100 which was super convenient for me. I will be coming back for future services needed.

Discount tire broke my stud and sent me here for a free repair. In the waiting room I was blown away by how Brad was explaining everything and educating people and keeping things moving along so I got an alignment and oil change done too!

I had to write a review for this shop as I was very impressed with the level of service they provided. I have a performance car that I generally like to keep stock, however, a good suspension and great tires for me is a must. I worked with Jose to install the new suspension and he made it easy and stress free. He worked with my schedule and made it happen. No nonsense and straight forward just like it should be. The pricing is extremely fair and the service was top notch. Thanks Guys

I took my truck here for wheel bearing replacement and the brakes also needed replacing. The service was completed same day. I am so thankful for how quickly the work was able to be done, as well as the guarantee that they provide. I will definitely be returning here for any automotive needs. Highly recommend! Update: I've since come back here to suspension plus to have my rear brakes, battery and spark plugs replaced. I am so thankful to have found a shop that doesn't try to rack up unnecessary repairs like the dealership tries to do! Thank you so much for being honest and getting the job done so quickly every time.

I was having steering problems after i got hit on the freeway. This was the third shop i came too, because the general auto repair shop and tire shop seemed like it might have been too big a job for them. There was some confusion as too what might have been the cause off my issues due to multiple damages, but Jose worked with me, and worked on my car multiple times to make sure that my car worked great. A lot of places, wouldn't have gone as far as they did to make sure my car left there in great condition. Super happy with them even through the stress. They are awesome

Incredible service! Came in to get my brakes checked as they were shuddering whenever I came to a stop. Turns out I needed new brake pads, and rotors! For a quick walk-in check up they were able to help me right then & there! Came out an hour & a half later and now my car drives like a dream. Quick and easy service, these guys get it done 👍🏼

Service was fast and the team was very polite. However I went in for a noise and they sold me shocks all around with only 44k miles on the vehicle. After the install I'm feel no difference and noise is still there. Also come to find out they marked the price of the shocks up about 4 times the retail price. I called Monroe shocks and they don't even recommend the model of shock that was put on the rear of the vehicle. You would think the suspension experts would have checked on this. These guys just throw parts on and try to make a huge profit while at it. I don't recommend this place at all!

Thanks to the team at Suspension Plus. I made the mistake of taking our car to another shop (big mistake), rather than taking it to the reliable, honest, and qualified technicians at Suspension Plus. I had to bring our car to Suspension Plus to fix the issues caused by the other shop. They took our car in immediately and repaired everything at a very reasonable price. Very satisfied! Will continue to bring our cars back to Suspension Plus. Thanks!
