Will never use this company again! If I could leave 0 stars I would! First the rep left before I could verify the job, because they knew they were doing bad business. Replaced my tire valve stem/sensor with a basic valve stem. Every other place I called knew exactly what was needed! I called in to see where my sensor is since it’s not registering on the vehicle & I’m advised it SHOULD still be on the car. Why was it not advised that you don’t replace valve stems with a sensor? Bad business! OWNER told me it’s because I didn’t communicate that I needed one. So if you’re changing my oil you won’t replace the filter because I didn’t advise oil & filter. No that makes no sense. Continues to try & get loud & talk over. I ask where I can come talk to someone & he advises we’re only mobile when they clearly have an address listed. $150 for a patch job! That’s horrible business! 2 & half ours to replace a valve stem is also absurd! especially when advised the job would take max an hour! Owner doesn’t care nothing he’s willing to do! Don’t go here! Figure another way out or you’ll have to spend more to fix what they do! Owner calls back to tell me my sensor was damaged & it’s @ the shop if I want to pick it up! & is confused when I tell him you’re talking in circles & speaking inaccuracies! My sensor worked just fine until ya’ll touched it! I’m telling you don’t do it!

Called and scheduled ,came out , asked what the tire pressure. Asked them to put 65# went in for a moment came out and they were gone.. tire pressure was 46# sent a text to the company with a photo of the tire pressure display on my dash. He responded don’t contact me again and blocked me.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I called this shop at approx. 6 AM, they said to schedule an appt online through the link and that it would be approximately an hour and a half. I selected the earliest timeframe which was 6:45 am understanding that they probably wouldn't be there until 7:30 based on the phone call. At 7:42 am they called to say they were running behind and someone should be here in 45 minutes to an hour. They arrived at 10:06 am. They were courteous upon arrival and said they could not put the tire on b/c of suspension damage. I had the car towed to a shop who told me that the tire had tread separation. When I called Supreme back, the person who answered the phone said they had "never heard of tread separation" but they would swap out the tire. I called back the following day to give them the info on the shop that it was towed to and they stated again they had "never heard of tire separation" and that they didn't know what that was. The person then started suggestion that the tow truck could have caused the issue and said they could send me pictures of the tire. I then received a call back from another person who said that they could see about discounting the service but started indicating that they didn't want to switch out the tire b/c they had pictures showing it was fine. I told them that I had not seen the tire but that I had sent the photos to the current shop it was at to see if the tire looked to be in the same condition. He then said he had a video of the whole tire changing process that he could send me. He insisted the tire was good, I told him that I didn't know and that I was repeating what the other shop had told me but that it had not been driven on. I asked him to send me the video which he initially said he could show me. He then said he didn't feel comfortable showing his process to "some other random shop." I told him there was nothing proprietary about changing a tire and then he got defensive and asked if I would want someone looking over my shoulder while I was doing my work. I said that if I thought I had done a good job, I wouldn't mind and he said "that's you, if you wanna do that that's fine, but I'm not." So, apparently in order to get the video that shows that they gave me a good tire and installed it properly I will have to file a lawsuit and get it in discovery. In all fairness, the tow truck driver could have been the one that damaged it, but we'll never know b/c they won't share the video footage showing that the tire was in good condition and the 3 pictures they sent doesn't show the whole tire. It's also concerning that I was told twice that they've never heard of tire separation. Edited to respond to comments. I am not disputing the fact that there was suspension damage, although your team only made me aware of it when they called me out and told me that they couldn't get the tire all the way on due to it. They then suggested that I turn the wheel all the way to the left and they could deflate it in order to have it towed to a new shop. I suggested that maybe they should just take the tire off and put it in the back of the car and they said no one would tow it without a tire on it. They sent 3 pictures that did not show much of the tread, mostly the side of the tire. I was told they could send me a video and then they said they didn't feel comfortable sharing it. There is no way to know if the tire was good when it was put on b/c I still have not been shown full pictures or video of all the tread. Perhaps if you would share the video or more pictures that do show the entire tread, we could lay this issue to rest, but you refused to do so. I believe this isn't the first review that references you using bad tires, so the information is here for anyone who wants to see it. I wish I'd have read the one star reviews before making a decision.

My apologies. I had forgotten this gentleman's name that's in the photo. But this man is so knowledgeable about cars. He had saved me about $60, which is for a used tire. Immediately, he solved the problem and took care of it! I highly recommend a service if you need a tire fixed even if it's in the middle of the night! Also, what I like is that if you don't want to use your credit card or debit, you can choose to pay some now and pay later apps such as 'AFTERPAY' on website payment screen.

This company does shady business. I work overnight, A 3rd party Tech came by home in the morning and I happened to doze off for a few minutes. I saw he arrived at 9:02 am via ring camera and I called him at 9:22am when I woke and seen he left. He said he would come back no problem. Dispatcher then contacts me trying to charge me an extra $55 saying the tech was there for an hour and that he did the work when no work had been performed at all. I’m aware this is on me for letting this happen this is just to make others aware to be careful when dealing w/ this company.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend they are just a scam. They’ll just take your money and not show up and say they showed up. Told them shell station next to air pump we can’t move he going to say he came and didn’t see us how tf you can’t see us standing outside our car next to the air pump then I asked for proof they sent a picture of maps. very rude and a scam go somewhere else. This what he try to Send me saying he was there. Again if you were why wouldn’t you go next to the air pump why would you leave. Then he tried to say he called me. No missed calls and why would i lie when i needed them don’t even make sense. That’s why i say they just a scam cuz you can’t even set up for them to come out without paying you have to pay in full to set up appointment for them to come in should have known then it was a scam!! Call someone else!!

Had a nasty blowout, supreme mobile tire was able to assist me, not once but twice, I had to get them out two days in a row and both times they were very helpful, Nathan was the associate that helped me out. He was very nice very polite. I would absolutely recommend supreme mobile tire for any of your roadside services.

On June 13th I called this service to have a flat fixed, they told me an hour and half, it took 4 hours and 45 mins for someone to show up, then today on June 22nd, I am driving down the road and my tire came of the car the that they fixed, I could have been killed along with my family. I called them and they told me that it’s my car and I should maintain my car? Are you out of your mind? They didn’t offer to come look at it, much less fix it. I will be making negative reviews on every social media outlet I can find. This is unacceptable. Even running as late as they did they never offered a discount on the 324.75 they charged me. On top of that they didn’t tighten the lugs and people could have been killed. Stay away from this company. They are not professionals, their unprofessional work could have cost people their lives.

These guys are the real deal. I literally didn’t know what I was gonna do. Brand new car, had no tools, no spare. They said they got me. Came out replaced my tire in less that 20 mins at 2 am and literally saved my life. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You!!!

Wonderful service! My technician Rick was an absolute hero. My valve stem went out on a driver side steer tire and Rick was punctual, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend supreme mobile tire and roadside assistance to anyone dealing with and kind of vehicle issues such as tires, battery's, and lockout situations. Very professional all around ans again great customer service.

Supreme mobile is so quick and effective. They saved me from stress. I had a flat tire in my house during a rainy day. They were the only one that was able to come to my place, even though it was a little far from them. He communicated the time and eta with me and once he got here he changed the tire really fast. Now I have their number, would recommend to my family and friends.

Was headed to work and caught a flat tire; didn’t have roadside assistance at the time and thought I was stuck and out of luck. Found these guys online and asked for a quote; they reached out to me immediately within a matter of minutes and asked what all I needed. Had great customer service and arrived in a timely manner. Awesome work the drive to my house (miles away) took longer than the service call. These guys are fast and did a wonderful job. Knowledgeable and super polite. I’m very pleased and the price was half of what anyone in the area was charging. Now I can sleep better. Start time 12 am end time 12:15 am. Will recommend to everyone. On my way to the airport ( early Monday morning) I had a flat. I needed to get my husband to the airport by 7 a.m. I called roadside assistance via my insurance and it would have been at least an hour wait. I googled road side assistance and found Supreme Mobile Tire & Roadside Assistance . They were there in least than 30 minutes and changed my tire. The service was fast. The gentlemen that provided the service was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are Amazingly Wonderful! I had my family with me when my runflat blew on us. It was after 930pm so we had to leave my car. I started calling mobile services while waiting on a Lift to get estimates because I needed my car the next morning for work. Supreme Mobile Tire answered the phone. They took time to explain their services and even walked me through ordering a new runflat online when I was ready. They called me when they were on their way to my car and 30 minutes later when I arrived they were already working to change the tire! My son was so expressed. He called them the GOATs!
