Larry provided me with an outstanding experience with having my car serviced. I would highly recommend Supreme Ford of Slidell for their services and care for their customers. The shuttle service provided by the dealership was an added bonus.

I use Supreme ford regularly for the service on my 2014 F150. They are always helpful and eager to please without trying to pressure unnecessary work. Thank you to the service team for keeping my truck in tip top condition

If I could give them zero I would. I have called service asked for Larry twice now, in the span of a month. No call back nothing. Also, called and asked for Kenny. Supposedly he is the service manager. What the deal is, my wife owns a 2018 Ford explorer, we had a misfire and we brought it in. No big deal, a change the spark plugs etc ring us up for 1k and we are out the door in a week. Well my wife went on travel, came back and stated the AC is not working. Well the only people under the hood was these guys. So, I start my calls. We are at over one month, and oh by the way the original problem is back. The car misfired and decelerated on the highway. Would love for a call back but I am not holding my breath. Next stop is Ford dealership in Mandeville for service. Do we not do callbacks anymore???

unmotivated to sell to an eager buyer. one guy couldnt get me numbers to lease a truck after 20min waiting at his desk (there were no other customers). another guy told me i had to bring in a trade in vehicle for appraisal, no exceptions and wouldnt even provide a value range over the phone for a low mileage current year vehicle. the next day i get an email link for an appraisal via a link from someone else at the dealer. wait, i was told this was impossible? anyway, if you dont value your time this is a good place to spend it. i couldnt find a reason to recommend them.

Huge 5 star shout out to Larry Batchelor, Service Advisor, at Supreme Ford of Slidell for service above and beyond!!! I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer from a different car dealership and had an issue with my vehicle automatically locking with the keys inside and was unaware that I h a numeric code I could use to unlock the vehicle.i took the vehicle to Supreme Ford of Slidell and Larry looked up the vin number, ran it in the system and was able to give me the code! To my surprise, Larry put my keys in the vehicle, locked it and then showed me how to use the code to unlock my vehicle!!! Larry was very patient, understanding and completely went out of his way to obtain the code for me-I highly recommend Larry for his commitment to customer service and his department!!! Shoutout to Logan and the sales team! They made our 1st Ford purchase a breeze. We drove off the lot in our 2025 Red Explorer ST line in under 2 hours. Only regret was not making Supreme Ford our 1st stop of the day. We would have saved time and money. Saved money for the WIN!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO SUPREME FORD!!!! I called for over 2 weeks just trying to schedule a factory recall. I left voicemails for Trevor several times, as well at his manager and another person who I assume I was transferred to by accident. When I did speak with him, after being placed on hold, he told me he would call me back.... I NEVER DID! I eventually got an appointment after about the 3rd time speaking with him. It took me 3 weeks to finally get my factory recall fixed. Then shortly after that I tried to call to get service because my driver's seat wouldn't adjust and you guessed it Trevor was the person to schedule that appointment, however I was told to drop it off and that they were 2 days behind. No way am I dropping my Bronco off for it to sit there for 2 days! I was referred to Banner Ford (which is about 30 minutes away). An appointment was schedule and my Bronco was fixed and ready to be picked up within 6 hours! Do yourself a favor... BRING YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE..... seriously don't know how they have a 4.2 rating (must be because of there Sales Department because it sure isn't because of there SERVICE! WORST SERVICE EVER!

I DO NOT at all recommend you take your car to get serviced here.Regardless I was in the wrong place not even knowing it. I went there for AN OIL CHANGE that is it. Because I was in the wrong place they quoted me a price of $35 plus tax so $37 total FOR JUST THE OIL CHANGE NOTHING ELSE to “Help Me” since I was clearly in a pickle at the wrong place. Larry changed my air filters which I did NOT agree to have done and my total went from $37 for the oil change to $187 for oil change and air filters. Larry took it upon himself to change those air filters which I DID NOT TELL HIM TO DO THE AIR FILTERS!! Then when you speak to the manager Bo he will just agree with his employee and make it seem like they did you a favor of giving you a discount saying they really didn’t make any money off of it while they STILL TOOK YOUR MONEY AT THE END OF THE DAY and did things THAT WAS NOT TOLD TO DO. Both Larry and Bo love to make slick little remarks thinking it’s all funny and they absolutely suck! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The service department folks & their sales department have been very good to me in the past. My last visit was very questionable. I took my vehicle in for repair on the window motor/ mechanics. They fixed it but when the window retracted into the door it made a loud "clunk" sound. I knew it wasn't repaired properly. I told their team that I wanted them to look at it again and that I was bringing it back in. In the interim I was washing my vehicle and I noticed that the window they worked on wasn't seated all the way into the rubber seal at the top of the door. There was a gap all the along the top of the door. I checked my other window and it was seated all the way up into the rubber seal at the top of the door. I took my vehicle back and they fixed both issues, although the window still makes a little too much noise when it is retracting into the door. There is almost zero noise on my other door when rolling the window up or down. Just a smooth, nice sound. After repairing the window mechanics one of the things your team/ mechanics look for is excessive noise when you're rolling the window up and down. Your team indeed did hear the loud "clunk", but you didn't inform me. I trusted your team so I tested the window a day later. Next time I won't pull away from your facility without checking your repair work. Another item your team/ mechanics look for is to make sure that the window seats fully into the rubber seal at the top of the door e.g. after repair, is the window moving up and down within full range as intended by the manufacturer? If it's not then let us know. Your team didn't advise me of this issue. "I" had to find/ stumble upon it. Also when I called the service manager to talk about these issues he treated me much, much differently than in the past. He's usually very supportive. He was not supportive, nor did he take responsibility for his team's obvious mistakes. My carcare extended warranty company would not pay for the window adjustment. It was a little pricey. I did have to also pay for another deductible. Additionally we have (costs for gas), wear and tear on my vehicle, & inconvenience. I still recommend Supreme Ford, but please proceed with some caution.

Serving all makes and models. It's obvious you can trust this dealership with all your vehicle needs. Buying? Selling? Maintenance? Advanced repairs/diagnostics? Just stop by Supreme Ford of Slidell, and pass up the rest.

I would give zero stars if I were able to. I went to this dealership to look around and test drive a specific make/model vehicle that they had in stock. I was transparent from the beginning about my intentions. I let the sales person know that I had been pre approved along with what my rate/payment would be through a private financial institution. I was informed that they were associated with this dealership and that would be no problem. I asked 3 times to be sure that my credit would NOT be ran/no inquiries would be on my report and was assured that would not happen unless I were to decide to drive the vehicle off the lot TODAY. I agreed to that. I was told they only needed my information to see about possibly getting a better interest rate through the SAME financial institution since this dealership had a relationship with them. Upon which I also agreed to see what they would come up with because who doesn’t want a better interest rate? I asked AGAIN to make sure that my credit score would not be impacted by the “numbers” they were working on getting me. AGAIN I was assured that would not be happening. Fast forward to me receiving an email that there was INDEED a hard inquiry on my report and when staff was confronted about it I was met with “well you signed the paper” and continual gaslighting. Accusing me of saying things that I most certainly did not. I wish I would’ve recorded the conversation between myself and the sales person. Long story short, don’t make the mistake I did by stepping foot in the door of this establishment. Very disappointing and not a good look for the company.

I brought my truck in for a routine oil change, and they had the nerve to suggest rotating the tires and alignment (I paid $180). Lo and behold, after the service, my car's steering wheel started shaking uncontrollably. I returned to the shop, only to be told that I needed to fork over $200 to correct their error. Just a heads up, watch your back when dealing with them. I deeply regret purchasing my car from there.

I had the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle here at Supreme Ford all thanks to Travis. I really appreciated Travis listening, finding the vehicle I really wanted and working hard to get me into it. Travis was completely honest and thorough throughout the entire process. On Yesterday I had one of the best Experiences with Travis. He was so patient with me and made everything happen so smoothly and fast. He now has a forever customer Travis and Eric. worst service ever I called this location three times. every time I asked to speak to the service department. They would transfer me to leave a voicemail. They do not even return your phone call which I don’t understand because they say they give you first-class service, but you can’t even answer the phone

In short - NEVER buy a car from here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a second hand car from this dealer in March of 2023. Within 10 days of purchase, the engine went into complete failure and needed to be replaced. The staff there just blamed me and said it was my fault. They couldn't provide any tests or anything on the car when they took the car in. Seemingly, they don't do any tests to see the quality of the car before reselling. I scheduled meetings with manager, Kenny, and showed up to him being gone for the day. I was constantly ignored, lied to, and gaslighted. Anytime I got an answer it would be contradicted later. After an agreement to pay for a new engine I was told I would receive a certification of a two year warranty for the engine. After months of emails and calls never got ANYTHING. This was the worst buying experience of my life. The managers, Josh and Kenny, were the main source of the problem. Always gaslighting and lying to avoid accountability. NEVER buy from here.

I attempted to schedule an appointment for my first oil change, tire rotation, and a recent recall on my Ford vehicle. Upon speaking with a service member I was told "just come in, no need to schedule an appointment". Fast forward to the day I would have originally scheduled the appointment for - I arrive and the service department says "Oh im sorry we cant fit you in" after talking with the same service rep and letting them know I was told an appointment wasnt necessary he told me "I wouldnt have said that" Piss poor performance by Supreme Ford of Slidell. From an entire Ford owning family, i wont be back.

My opinion is this is a Horrible place, they will not take responsibility for any of their work. Just excuses. : See update below. Update: Supreme Ford has recently been helping us with the repairs on our vehicle. Going over and beyond to get our issue is corrected. The Service manager got involved and we are very happy. Have to give them 5 stars now.

The customer service is unacceptable. The staff is rude and does not appear to care about the customers. Staff shortages are absolutely no justification for treating customers like worthless unimportant fools. I challenge others to avoid this Ford location. Thank you for helping me make my decision that the truck I'm about to buy will not be from your dealership.
