From start to finish every step of the way was done with complete professional ism, the guys were knowledgeable and definitely experts in the whole process. Were able to explain it to me that made sense and I didn't feel pressured or felt like they were trying to upsell any extra products or repairs. The price was lower then I expected and didn't contain any hidden fees. Way to go suprem!! You definitely are superior to other shops that I have dealt with!! Kudos to you!

I had a great experience with Supreme Auto Repair Shop. I called on a Thursday, dropped my car off same-day, and it was repaired and ready to go before the end of the day Friday. This was during the holidays, so I was very impressed at the fast turnaround. Tim was communicative and pricing was transparent and seemed reasonable. I did not feel like I was being upsold at any point. I hope I don't have a reason to use them any time soon, but I'd definitely return for repairs in the future. Would recommend.

Tim helped get me in quickly when my vehicle had issues, and was communicative, thorough & friendly throughout the process. This shop's pricing is transparent and fair, and I liked that they didn't try to upsell me for no reason. Tim took the time to explain everything to me, so I was confident in our plan. My repairs were completed quickly and I am very happy with the service I received. I now have a 2nd (unrelated) issue on my old car, and will be bringing it in again to Supreme Auto Repair.

Tim was very communicative and helpful through all steps of the process. I called him right before closing and had to drop off my SUV after hours via tow truck. Tim continued to message me after hours with details on where to drop off the car and keys. The shop got to work as soon as they opened. And by 8:30am, I received a text saying the job was practically done. Tim and the team are highly knowledgeable and provide the best service. Highly recommend Supreme Auto and I will be coming back in the future.

My car broke down in the middle of the 405 on a Saturday and most mechanics were closed. Tim was available to answer any of my question, was able to squeeze me in and get my vehicle out the same day. The communication continuously was appreciated, the price was more than fair and didn’t feel preyed upon due to my emergency repair. Being treated with kindness was greatly appreciated and I would recommend them.

Tim and his team are great. I had to make an appointment recently and was able to schedule an appointment quicker than I had expected. Their communication was great - which is a welcome change from other places I've gone before. I'm glad to have them in my neighborhood and I'll definitely be back.

Best shop in town, hands down. The guys there actually explain what’s going on with your car in a way that makes sense (and don’t treat you like you’re dumb for not knowing). Prices are fair, and they’re straight-up honest, which is rare these days. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need anything else done. Highly recommend!

Tldr: Highly recommend if you're looking for an honest, thorough, and competitively priced job. Tim (owner) and his team provided a free all-around inspection for me before a long drive. They did a thorough job assessing and providing a detailed description (with pictures) of what was urgent, soon to be urgent, and not urgent. Their prices were very competitive and most of all they were honest and didn't try to talk me into work that I didn't need done. They scheduled me the same day and turned my car around in 24h, which I appreciated, especially considering there were multiple parts they needed to source
