Amazing service! I went to les Schwab to get tires, spent over 1,000$ and my tires were bald under 2 years. Came to Superior and got top of the line tires for a much better price. Amazing, honest and kind staff. Highly recommend them to anyone for tires and light mechanical service!

After traveling from SE Washington to pick up a friend at the airport we needed some emergency tires for my car. All I can say is these guys are the real deal, so much patience and hospitality it definitely didn’t go unseen. Within the hour of us arrive they had us cashed out and ready to go, they even went above and beyond and made sure we were safe to drive home and worked with some request that were made. Overall if you are in a panic need good tires for a great price this is the shop to visit 10/10 service. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen again but if it does we know where to go Thanks STS!

Yesterday, Matt saved me from losing my sanity when this lovely engine valve, decided to hitch a ride in my tire and pop out 30 seconds from my house. Matt went above and beyond for me and my family and reminded me that there are still genuine, good people out there. Thank you so much again, Matt 🙏🏼 P.s. give that man a raise!

ABSOLUTELY Wonderful people. NO up sale VERY clean waiting room and work areas. Have only ever waited 5-10 minutes for the guys to get started on my vehicle and have ALWAYS been out in 1 hr. BEST TIRE SERVICE in Portland area for my semi Truck and trailer.

Great experience and excellent customer service. I arrived with no notice and no appointment, and they were willing to work with me to get me set up and out the door in about 1.5 hours (including them making a special trip to their warehouse to pick up my selected tires). Clean waiting area to work while I waited and no weird upsell sales tactics. Joe the manager was super welcoming.

This place is the real deal. Had a nail in my tire possibly another tire leaking air as well. THEY FIXED THE FLAT TIRE AND. CHECKED THE OTHER no charge. no waiting no BS. check this place out for tires brakes etc cause they are outa the way a little bit but worth it

Y’all, stop going to Les Schwab and come here. This place is always quick, affordable, and they really do whatever they can to get you on the road again without pressuring you into four brand new premium tires. It’s very refreshing to be spoken to like a human being with a budget and not a cash cow. Everyone here is kind and competent.

Lifesavers! I discovered a giant staple in the sidewall of my truck tire and I called at least 5 other places and none picked up the phone on a Saturday morning. Well they did here! Got my tire replaced and everyone was so helpful. They do oil changes here too so now I know where I can go in the neighborhood. Thanks - you guys rock!!!

I highly recommend Superior Tire. After getting a nail in my tire with less than 5k miles on them, I initially took it into a different tire repair, where they patched it. However, they also told me there was a chunk out of the bead on the tire, but it should still be okay. After the repair, my tire was still leaking air! My guess is, the guys patching it accidentally took a chunk out of the tire when they were removing it. They blamed it on the initial installers of the tire but it would've always been leaking if that was the case. Disappointed, I looked elsewhere and a buddy of mine (Jimmy) recommended Superior Tire & Service. They took me in very late in the day and did everything they could to see if they could save the existing tire. I ended up asking them to just replace it due to the bead issue. They did an excellent job installing the new one and they cleaned my old tire so I could keep it. (I asked for it in case I desperately needed a spare.) They even torqued my wheels back on to spec. I am very appreciative of their attention to detail. Now for the best part. The price! For the same tire and amount of work, Les Schwab quoted me wayyyy more than Superior Tire. So I got better service at a better price! Safe to say I will be coming back and I will always recommend people here. Thank you so much Superior Tire & Service!

Getting in there was a task especially after the guy named Tim yelled at the top of his lungs at me. Great way to greet someone!!! Not very customer service oriented at all. Then put the direction sign up. For trucks . But Dave did his job perfectly and without fail. Watch out for the screamer if you go the wrong way .

Howdy Fellow drivers you won't be delivering to the warehouse but to a new facility. Plenty of room. Go into the service canopy and then around to get lined up with the rolly dock... No complaints.. tires take a while nothing new.... I'd imagine from the service reviews great knowledgeable staff. I'd call superior in my personal vehicle for tire problems reading the reviews.

superior tire service indeed! came in just now with no appointment and with a flat tire. they took my keys immediately and got to work. they can back around an hour later saying i had a couple of screws in my tire and that it’s all patched up and good to go. didn’t make me pay for the patches which is greatly appreciated but not expected around the holidays! the least i could do is leave a great review :) thank you guys!
