These guys were honest and gentle with the news and also resources! We came down from the kern river valley and made a whole date out if while they tackled a job we had been quoted to have been hours longer and handled it. Very amazing! Already scheduling kore work. This place has the best service and most friendly staff. They diagnosed my e150 problem efficiently and was helpful enough to give me some great advice as well to get me back on the road. I'm stoked I managed to find this place to keep me travelling on my holiday from Australia. Thanks very much fellas!!!

Your right, I am NOT a customer because of the way I was treated on the phone. Not sure what reviews you were looking at but I leave honest reviews whether they are good or bad. Your response just supports my first review. If I could negative stars I would. Called to ask about replacing a part the I know needs to be replaced. Refused to give me a price and said if I was price shopping then they are comparable to other shops. Told me I needed a diagnostic test in order to get the correct answer. Apparently you as a car owner are NOT smart enough to know what is wrong with your own car.

I follow the service advisor where ever she works. Shes moved here last year and this is my second time coming here. Street parking. See photos for prices. The employees are all so friendly. Quick service. Same day smogs. Full automotive services not just smogs.

I took my car on that $500 for get dollars for automotive to get my car smart my car smiled they fixed it but sbut since they fixed it my motor light has been on 4 times and I asked them are you guys cutting the light off or what she assured me they weren't so I'm taking it back again for the 3rd time

My husband and I were traveling from southern California to Washington state on Hwy 99 northbound. Traffic was heavy and going about 65 MPH. An extension ladder appeared in front of us in the middle of our lane and there was no way out but over it. We were a bit worried about damage to the undercarriage & brake lines, etc. as the noise and impact of the ladder on the car was concerning. I called Superior Automotive and Sheila was so warm and friendly. She gave us directions and said they could get us up on a rack and take a look. We got in and Rick checked the car out, pointing out all the damage done as well as showing us that all the important systems were still fine. We wanted to pay but they said there was no charge. Rick and Sheila turned a frightening experience into a positive. They are exactly the reason why I love to support small business!

Outstanding service received from Superior Auto Team!!! A long story short, I was from out of town (4 hours away) and Heater hose busted on me while waiting on wife in hospital. After receiving news that part had to be ordered and will be available the next day, they made it happen and got it fixed so that the family and I can get back home that evening. Thank you all again for everything!!!

Amazing customer service. I had to purchase a computer for my car. The part came from another state but once it arrived Superior Automotive mechanics had my car at 8:00 a.m and called me about 1:30p.m. same day that it was ready and passed smog. I’m so happy that I was referred to them by A-1 smog. Great price as well. I highly recommend Superior Automotive. Shelia is a sweetheart she got my computer at a lower cost.

Great place, reasonable prices, very helpful (and friendly) staff, if you don’t know what’s wrong with your vehicle and need someone to tell you, I recommend calling them. If you do know what’s wrong with your vehicle and need someone to fix it, still give them a call because they will get it done in a timely manner. The results won’t disappoint! 11/10 business

While driving from LA to Yosemite my car started overheating really bad. We tried so many different auto shops but they were all booked till the next week! Superior got us in right away and worked past their closing time in order to get us back on the road! They even called me the next day to make sure everything was still doing good! Couldn’t recommend them enough! :)

driving through bakersfield my car broke down with 26 codes. after calling over 30 automotive shops, superior automotive was the only place that would take us in immediately. car was ready soon after. great shop, inviting and hardworking people. highly recommend
