I have been going to Super Eagle for 2 years and I have always had great experiences. They patiently listen to your concerns and present you with options to solve your problems. They never try to upsell you services or products. If something unexpected comes up, then they will call you or come out and explain what they have found before doing any work. I highly recommend them!

Coming to an auto care shop as a woman you already have some hesitation. I came for an oil change and state inspection. Unfortunately I had a light out above my license plate that caused my car to fail inspection. Instead of repairing for 30$/40$, an employee tried to tell me it would cost 160$ to replace the bulb. I am a woman who is no car expert but I do know that a car lightbulb costs 150$ less…From Walmart or an auto care shop…I questioned this price and stated that I’d change it myself. They hesitated and said it wasn’t easy to do and that I’d fail my inspection…Super eagle auto care definitely didn’t earn my trust. The manager did reach out to me apologizing and stating that was not acceptable and he would be giving me my re-inspection for free. I appreciate his concern for customers feedback and he was helpful in resolving my issue.

Highly recommended! Very professional. They go out there way to explain what's going on with your car and always keeping you informed on what's going on. Very knowledgeable in foreign and domestic cars. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They have an Awesome team and willing to work with you. Excellent costumer service.

For the past 2 1/2 years I have had nothing less than an amazing experience every time with the team at Super Eagle Auto Care! From start to finish, the service has always been exceptional. During my most recent visit Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was in perfect condition before leaving the shop. Although we ran into a few bumps in the repair process Thomas was sure to keep me updated on all things. He took the time to explain every issue in detail, provided an accurate estimate, and the mechanics completed the repairs quickly without cutting corners. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. I also appreciate their honesty and transparency—it’s clear they genuinely care about their customer’s. I will continue to entrust in the Super Eagle team for future maintenance and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I believe John was the manager or owner, but it was a great pleasure working with him. He taken the time to sit with me and give some explanations of the possible work. They ran a diagnostic first and oh boy, I was afraid of what my 'baby' needed to be done. He explained and laid out what should be prioritized and then drilled down the list of what's not a necessity at this time. My pocketbook/wallet could breathe. The cost of the work blew me await, when you are expecting to spend this much, but John did work with me. Look for discounts and coupons being offered that did give me some help. Irra, (forgive me for possibly misspelling the name) was on the money also. He would come over and check or follow-up with John or the tech working on my car. Irra came back with the update and the work order of the completed work that I had agreed to. I was able to buy a sandwiche. Thanks, Super Eagle Auto Care team.

I am new to Charlotte and my daughter recommended Super Eagle auto care to me. I was happy with their customer service. They know some customers by name. I was in for a routine oil change, but asked that they check out my car for other issues. They helped me prioritize repairs to plan for. I am glad I went to Super Eagle.

I've been going here for my oil changes. The people are very friendly. While doing the oil changes, they provide detailed information on other issues that are seen. They even advise on if the issues need to be addressed immediately or if they need to be monitored over time. I had a dashboard brake light on and asked that they check it while doing the oil change. They advised that the brake fluid and power steering fluids were low. So they refilled them and the brake light went out. They have a nice waiting area as it took about 2 hours in total for the oil change. When waiting, I try to have something to work on. I cleaned a graphics card that I'd been putting off and got 2 things accomplished at once. If you visit their website, you can schedule your appointment date and time. I would recommend this, versus just showing up to see if you can be fit in. Also, they have a drop off option for services, if you are unable to wait. A very friendly, quality first place for vehicle services that are open and honest when it comes to your vehicle's maintenance and repairs!!

This place is awesome, friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and good coffee on deck. The best part is they honor appointments and get you in and out with no problem. I've been going there for the past 2 years for my oil changes and 5pt inspections!

Was my first time going to Super Eagle and can say they did a great job. Had a big service on a 2018 Acura MDX (timing belt, water pump, transmission fluid, etc). I was sitting in the waiting area and they offered me a loaner car to go get some lunch. Definitely didn’t have too but very much appreciated the offer. Everyone was friendly, honest and cared about helping the customer. I would recommend.

I had a great experience here. I had my first visit about a week ago. Seeing how they try to help the customer and explaining things the way they do, I felt more at ease. Made an appt over the phone. The wait wasn’t bad at all. Bring a book or something you don’t mind doing for a while if you are going to wait at the shop. Thomas was great, and I liked the way ira? Spoke to customers. I do feel like they try to balance the customer and business successfully. I could see myself coming back here.

I have been here a few times and I honestly feel this will be my go-to for maintenance on my three vehicles! Their customer service is excellent—they keep you informed, the prices are reasonable—they do everything from oil to tires with no pressure for extra services. An oil change goes quickly—not HOURS like at the dealer. The waiting room there is very nice, too.
