AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!! this place is a joke they did a Trany on an escalade about a year ago , since day one since I got it back from shop I complained about a jump it had when I received it , that was the exact same problem I originally took it in for , they told me to to just drive it more that it needed to Seattle so I did but it never settled a few months later I called again and took it in for same problem they had it for a couple of days and the girl in the front called to pick it up that there was no problem , so I picked it up them it just keep doing the same thing but worst , so I called and made an appointment to take it back in today. The mechanic was a joke he was very rude he even had the nerve to tell me warranty was over since it has been a year but the 3x I complained about it he said it was fine . He even said sue me if u want warranty is over but he verbally told me repeatedly that it was a 2 year warranty and just keep making up excuses for that year . So please people be aware or this unethical mechanics .

I recently had issues with my car making a loud noise, and the AC/radio going out. My boyfriend recommended super auto repairs to me, he had a great experience with them replacing his truck engine. I dropped my car off on a Thursday evening for diagnosis and my car was repaired ready for pick up by the following Thursday! The woman helping was very kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. She explained the issue with my car clearly and provided me options for solutions. They replaced my ignition lock and starter. Reasonable prices and offers a AAA discount! My car is running like new again very happy with the entire experience and service!

Dropped my car for a inspection and it came back with a broken door handle, i called front desk lady and she says that her mechanice noticed it was already broken, like come on there is literally fresh glue on the handle. And when i metioned this to her she says she will call me back but nothing, its a 10$ handle so idc like that but the customer service does show for 10$ and apparently these guys work with high end cars lmao goodluck to them, id refer you go to franchise dealer then these 2nd hand mechanics

Slow and terrible service. Took 6 hours to do an oil change. Charged to diagnose car issues. There is a lot of other better places that won’t charge and do a quicker and better job.

This repair shop was able to diagnose and fix my car’s hard start problem and I got it back on the same day! They also found that my brakes needed work and gave me a quote for getting them done, which was very appreciated. The office manager, Cruz, was friendly and informative, and extremely accommodating, especially because she waited after closing for me to get to the shop so I could retrieve my vehicle! I’m pleased with the work they’ve done, my car starts right up now and the ride is very smooth! I’ll be returning here for future repair needs. A+ in my book!
