I had a disappointing experience at Sunset Car Care. Despite paying for a platinum service package, my car was returned with several missed spots, especially on the windows and wheels. The vacuuming inside was rushed and incomplete.

I paid for the premium service ($33.56) they never cleaned it inside, the carpets were all dirty, the windows were all stained. They don’t even care what you say They just move to the next car. it was not even busy, there was just one more car.

They let the water dry because they was talking. And obviously because it’s cold is going to turn into ice. I let them know and they refuse to dry it until they seen me take pictures. If you know is cold out try to dry it as fast as you can so it don’t turn into ice OBVIOUSLY

I don’t recommend they are so bad work and for the prices they charged it post to have better service and do charging taxes and extra fees they post to have better service for the prices

I asked for Silver package which is for $21.00 He gave me the silver package but charged me for Gold package which is $24.99. That much money for simply using pressure hose.. no brushes, little or no soap. The car was still dirty from the outside and even though I mentioned to the worker that it was so dirty, they didn't seem to care. In the inside there was a spot on the back of my leather seat which seems to be wiped out with a dirty cloth and was dirty. All in all, not a good experience and not cheap. Left the place paying $33.32 for a car wash and air freshener and the car was still dirty.

Awful service and with attitude. I went there for an oil change. After waiting for a long time the first guy i spoke with gave me a price and the second guy tried to charged me $40 more than the regular price because he said he is putting a special filter. There isn't such thing as a special filter. He had attitude and slamed my hood hard when I tried to tell him about the regular price the first guy told me, which is around $85. Don't go there because each person will charge you a different price. Update after his comment. I went down the block and did it for $85 instead of $125 at his place, no special filter, no nothing. I don't need to google anything. It's not my first time doing oil change to that car. Thank you

AVOID. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I came here twice for an oil change. This place is not transparent at all about their prices. The woman at the front counter will not tell you the cost of anything and says that she will "take care of you once the service is done". I then went outside to one of the many employees standing around because I had to ask about an oil change. I made an effort to ask him the cost of the service and showed him my previous oil change window sticker where he said it would "cost the same as last time". After the service was done the woman printed out a receipt that was $40 more than I paid the first time. When I asked why the price was so different she simply said that they raised their prices recently. I argued that somebody told me out front that it would cost the same as before, but he insisted that I paid the new inflated price previously. What's even more ridiculous is that they threw out my sticker with the oil grade from before so I had no evidence. I will never return.

Bought my car in for a car wash, waited 30 minutes on line and at when it was finished, the staff had scratched my tire rim while driving the car up to the car wash.

Awful service and with attitude. Charge customers high price on everything. Went for nys inspection and ask me to replace shock and tire or else they can’t pass the inspection. Scam artist at best. Stay away

I showed up rather unexpectedly and after having been turned away by several other establishments. Here I was welcomed with open arms and swift service. Go literally anywhere else if you’re able. Extremelyyyyy slow service, misleading pricing and extra charges just for the hell of it. Only posted price is a piece of printed paper notifying you to a wildly high fee to use a credit card. This place exists solely to scam those who aren’t fluent in vehicle maintenance. Stay away, and try any of the other 100 auto shops in a 5 block radius. You’ll be thankful that you did!!!

Got oil change/refill all fluids/ with free car wash inter and ex / changed head light/ and battery on a sunday. Supet quick and fair prices. Melvin is the man.

The only place I take my car. They hand wash if you tell them, they detail the interior when not too busy and for a reasonable price, they have a variety of car accessories and air freshners! They also have a loyalty card, get 9 washes, and get 10th free.

Usually I don’t like to leave reviews, but I am so disappointed & unsatisfied with the service that I paid for! Got here around 5pm today after work to have my car wash, but look at these pictures, is that call CAR WASHED? It’s because the staffs didn’t dry the water stains, that’s very basic knowledge about car wash, and also when I get into my car, and it has very strong weed smell, I know some of them definitely smoked weed before
