I had a slow leak so I called Sunny Tires at about 645pm on a Saturday. I did not expect anyone to answer but Emad did and got me right back on the road (25 min.). I am happy and impressed with these guys. So thanks.

The guy running the store is a liar and a fraud. We called in asked if he had the tire we need he said yes he has it. I asked him three time to make sure he it’s instock. We drove 40 minutes to the store to find out he doesn’t have it and could order it in in a couple days. It was also $300 more dollars than he said it would be over the phone.

Sunny tires have helped me when my car was down and the tire was completely shredded! I went to another tire shop on Arlington expressway service road and they completely turned me around! I am extremely happy with my new tire and will continue to come here for all of my car needs.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This establishment does not care how they treat customers; they are only interested in taking advantage of you. I was charged outrageous prices for services for which I had not agreed. They did the services behind my back, without providing any pricing information. I was not provided with a written estimate and all of my requests for pricing were ignored. I wish there was an option for - 5 stars. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

ZERO STARS!!! WARNING STAY AWAY!!! They Tried to bully my step son into paying $2500 to finance 4 new tires. When my step son decided not to get the tires, he was charged $200 for services that he never agreed to. He was never told about the price. He claimed that he could show me and my wife on the surveillance camera that my step son agreed to the price. When we asked to view the footage, they refused to allow it.

I took my car to sunnys for an alignment the job wasn't done right the car was pulling to the right . A week later we took the car back so the alignment could be done correctly apon arriving there was 2 cars ahead of us . My husband and I decided to do some quick shopping maybe gone an hour, when we got back a truck was on the lift receiving an alignment. The truck wasn't in the lot when we left so we got skipped when my husband asked they told us we were next . Well that didn't happen they proceeded to do an alignment on another vehicle I was furious I left my husband stayed after the vehicle was done in the bay they finally got our vehicle in the bay. My husband was driving our car home and the alignment was not corrected . The reason we suspect we were skipped is because we had already paid the first time our vehicle was serviced . New customers were coming in with cash in hand so they took them first instead of fixing our vehicle that they didn't fix in the first place . Our alignment still isn't correct we learned a lesson, never go to sunnys to get your vehicle serviced . I gave them 1 star and they really don't deserve that 1star.

We had a 2 hour drive ahead of us to Orlando and we noticed there was a screw in our tire last minute. These guys saved us and plugged our tire in 5 minutes. Very fair price and had us in our way. Thank you! Very friendly too.

Emad was extremely helpful! Told them I didn’t have too much but needed all 4 tires replaced. He was able to get me approved for financing, and got me in and out within an hour! All new tires, great price and service. Thanks to the Sunny team for all their help! Highly recommend!

I bought a used tire on 11/24/24 today 11/29/24 I went to the takker on Atlantic Boulevard because there was an air leak. The employee tells me that it is a one month warranty. Which I see the problem is the terrible construction of the tire. I told him that the tire did not run without air, which can be seen. So my question to him is, is it not worth buying a used tire? Does it mean that the tire can or cannot last a month? He indicates that when I left the shop everything was fine and maybe if it had been new maybe it had a warranty. Terrible customer service I would like them to see the tire. There are no other options that can offer to solve the situation. Or is it buy another one or go somewhere else? You don't know the situation of the people or what happened why I was able to claim my warranty earlier, it's just empathy. Today I may not be able to buy another tire but maybe in the future it could mean business for you. I would like to know if it takes a lot of time just to check if the construction of the rubber is good and ask to see what options the client has.

I needed two front tires and alignment. He said he had them in stock but didn't. Said it would take 30 mins to be delivered. Alignment was done before the new tires were put on and he sent me away and it pulled hard left. I immediately went back and had to wait again for another alignment. He also broke a stud and wouldn't replace it without wanting to charge for it. Total of 4&1/2 hrs spent. Circus show. The alignment did turn out nice. That guy kew what he was doing at least

If I could give this business 10 stars I would! My co-worker and I were in the area for training and ended up with a nail in our tire at 7:30 at night! Sunny’s was the nearest tire shop and thank God they were open! They immediately took our car in and patched it up in less than 15 mins. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed! I would make this business my go to for any tire related business anytime! I’m only sad we don’t live nearby because I love good service! It’s very hard to find these days!

I’m very mixed emotions about this place. At first only used this place for tires and cheap ones at that. But then one day I came in and needed all 4 tires done. ACTUALLY….. Didn’t have much money at that moment after bills being paid but the state of these tires were to rough and not usable So I had to go full send and get a whole set. these tires ended up being finance through two of the finance companies America finance and through ACIMA Costing a total of 800 plus alignment fix costing 1100 after taxes and labor included. But I had a bigger issue coilovers needed to be re done but somehow I couldn’t get a pair I had to get all four which was fine they order the first set which was the same ones I had on the car which. I didn’t want back on there so we had to re order. A new set which ended up being the correct ones and it Took forever to hear back from them so everyday I kept calling for updates 1200 $ for coilovers financed At the end of it all 2400 financed Full set of tires and new coilovers and alignment Tires were done the same day that was super fast. But when coilovers needed to get done It took days to get my car back because how busy they were But the car is done fresh new tires, alignment fix, and new coilovers on the car all around And I’m super happy about it and everything seems to be working fantastic Another One thing I’m happy about is he only charged me labor for 2 coilovers being put on but put all four on instead so super cool of him to do so Defaults Communication at times was a problem and the transparency could be better ABOUT parts. And updates can be made about why things are being delayed they never even called me to let me know when it was done or even called me to let me know when the parts arrived or when to drop the car off to get the work done. I always had to ring them up RECEIPTS CAN BE WAY MORE DETAILED AND SHOULD GIVE YOU A BREAK DOWN OF EVERYTHING Weird you don’t use the same finance company twice and it’s a different one for different parts why not just add it into what’s already being financed from the first company Also they gave me my car back dead. It didn’t start and we had to jump the car. So now I worry about the alternator needing to be replaced aswell as a new battery Works trustworthy and is done correctly From what I’m seeing And how the car is driving 5 stars on that I’m happy I got the car back and at the end of the day they did a good job. Was some of the worst service and business I have ever experienced. I spent over a thousand dollars and it took them multiple days to get my vehicle right. And they talk to you any kind of way. I don’t recommend anyone use the service here
