I recently bought an old Chevy van that I want to be sure is as mechanically sound as I can get it. The previous owner had some repairs done at Sunland, so I decided to follow suit and go to them for assistance. I am so glad that I did, Scott and everyone there at Sunland took great care of me and my van! They are very courteous and were appreciative of my business, and I am greatly appreciative of the service. I was made fully aware of what to expect, and during the whole process I received text messages about everything related to the repairs. My van was given a thorough inspection and when I received the call about the estimates everything found was fully explained to me and broken down by what to prioritize. I felt that what I was being told was truthful and coming from a place as if it were their own or a family member's vehicle. The price I paid for the repairs was definitely fair. They even threw in a few small repairs at no cost to me when they found additional things after giving me the quote. That's the definition of Grade-A customer service! Sunland will be the place I always bring my van and my other vehicles for repairs. Thanks Scott and Sunland Auto for the great customer experience!

I have never been to an auto service shop like Sunland. Great on service, courteous, laugh at my jokes, quick and efficient. They are right up front on pricing, never overcharge, and are less expensive than the big shops. I will not go anywhere else.

I come here every year for six months. I have had problems with my vehicle a few times.I call this outfit and they do their best to get me in. Their work is good and their service and prices are great. They back up everything they do. If you are looking for a honest shop that you can trust. This is it.

This is the repair center that you dream about! I was never a customer before, they got me in next day, diagnosed the problem 100% correctly quoted price to do the job right, and competed in a timely fashion. There was a small problem that cropped up , hey it happens... they stood behind their work and fixed it quickly and without any additional charge or excuses. This makes me a customer for the long term

I love Sunland Auto and I have recommended them to all of my friends. I am so glad I found them! I can literally drop my car off and ask them to take care of whatever it needs and know that they will do just that. They do what needs to be done and check everything out. Two years ago I wrote this review, and it stands. I am so glad to have found Sunland! I've used their services for several years now and I remain happy with the service.

My mom and I, had an amazing experience at Sundland Auto. I stopped by unexpectedly because my car was low on oil, and despite the busy atmosphere and the many cars waiting to be serviced, Steve came out to help immediately. He checked the oil, topped it off, and didn’t charge me a thing! His willingness to pause everything and assist me was truly above and beyond. Thank you, Steve, for such a wonderful experience! Super place i have taken my car there for a few years. Very kind to older people and try to understand their problems with their car i Will never change. Thank you, sunland auto.PS they even walked me to my car (not like other places take your money hand you your key and sometimes not even a thank you.kudos to Sunland auto for that little extra mile that old women appreciate.

Brought my new (to me) car for a pre-purchase inspection. I had an appointment and they were right on time. Friendly and courteous. I will be back for future service. Customer service is very important to me. I really liked the way they treated me and I observed their interaction with other customers. They do, however, need to get some diet sodas for their pop machine. :-)

I have used Sunland in the past, so I tried them again for my AC issue. Called and they said they were scheduling for about a week and a half out, so I made an "appointment". Arrived before the the opening time, but there were already 3 or 4 people ahead of me. They let me know it will take some time to look at my car. If you make an appointment, a week and a half out, and come in when you are supposed to, shouldn't you be seen? But I'm there, and want to get the AC system from semi functioning to fully functioning. They give me a ride back home. Get a call about 5 hours later, they let me know they can try something, but they're not sure it will fix the issue. So I decide not to get the work done. I pickup the car, and it goes from having a semi functioning AC system, to a no longer functioning AC system, now with a hiss. I call and they say it should be fine after I drive it around a bit. I drive it around a bit, and still non functioning. I have a history with Sunland, so I decided to give them this shot. The last time I used them was not the best experience as they replaced my fuel pumps and dumped a bunch of gasoline on my back seat, that smell will certainly hit you like a brick. I figured, accidents happen, and ultimately it was something I could fix by removing the back seats, and cleaning. This, I can't fix and I do not have faith that they can return my car to the state it was in when I brought it to the shop. I will no longer be using Sunland. Maybe they are just too busy, new mechanics, not sure.

Great service and they stand behind their work. They are not looking to rip anyone off for the work they do. Honest and reasonable pricing for the quality of work they do I have definitely told many women about this place so they can get good honest mechanics working on their vehicles.

Had appointment provided after 5 days waiting but on the day of appointment it was not honored. And was told that will need to wait another week for a new appointment date. It seems to be highly unprofessional as it wastes everyone’s time and effort.
