Doug was a pleasure to meet, he installed a ac condenser, vacuum and recharge in my 2015 Silverado V8, don't let small one man shop fool you. Doug is a skilled mechanic and very efficient, he got me in same day I called and had the truck back on a few hours. It's great to know that there is an honest businessman left in these crazy times

I was looking for AC repair work on my truck and thankfully came across Suncoast Auto Air and Auto Repair. Everyone else in the a Manatee/Sarasota county area quoted me double what Suncoast quoted. I called Doug around 10 am, dropped the truck off around 11am and by 1pm, my truck was completed. He was completely transparent about the process and went into great detail when answering my questions. Doug is a 10/10, and I will definitely continue to use him for any of my vehicle needs. Highly recommended!

Doug of Suncoast Auto and Air spent hours diagnosing, repairing. and replacing the mechanics of my Honda Air conditioning. Doug talked to me about each phase of his process. Doug also taught me more about Auto Air conditioning than I thought I'd want to know. When it came settling up, Doug informed me that he was able to clean out a part instead of replacing it. I appreciate Doug's honesty and integrity. He didn't have to say anything, I wouldn't have been any the wiser. While I appreciate his hard work, I am more impressed with his honesty and integrity. I've already scheduled my other truck for a diagnostic. I recommend Suncoast Auto and Air to anyone who wants honesty, fair fee, and excellent service. Doug you are amazing.

I am a new owner of a solar electric vehicle and after having it a few days needed to know if something l was doing was wrong. They took a $1000.00 to start a engine replacement, then said the job couldn't be done because they didn't have the tools & equipment to complete the job, no calls no warning, feels like pre thought out scam. Beware of d&d auto repair!

After receiving a quote for over $2000 from Firestone I drove around the city looking for another repair shop that I was hoping was reasonable. I am so glad that I happened to stop at DND’s. As soon as I approached Doug I noticed his huge smile and friendly demeanor, he was very professional and I immediately decided that this is where I wanted to bring my car. He fixed all my issues in the same day for a super reasonable price. I am very pleased with the Service I received and will never take my car to anywhere else again. Doug is truly a great mechanic I look forward to many more sessions with him.
