Took the suv in for an oil change. Was quoted an hr, took an hr and 15 mins. Asked about running a code which they did. Advised me on some items that will need to be taken care of but didnt pressure me into anything. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I needed a quick oil change. They were able to get me in right away. They did a great job with a tire rotation and full inspection. They pointed out a couple of things that will need attention soon, but did not put any pressure to get it done today. All in all a very positive experience.

I recently had some issues with my older car and took it to Sun Devil Auto. They provided me with a comprehensive summary of the issues effecting the safety of the car. They also provided me with a complete price of all of the repairs upfront which I appreciated. The work was done the same day, and I appreciated this. Although it was not the cheapest repair, they did a great job on my car, and I would come back here. I do recommend them to anyone looking for an auto repair shop.

They gave me a quote to fix my headlight and the actual price was more than double. That is not good business and is exactly what gives the car repair industry a bad reputation.

This Sun Devil Auto is under new management, so I thought I’d give them another try. I made an appointment for an oil/filter change and they did a very good job. They quoted me the price before asking for the keys (no hidden surprises). I had to wait for a bit, but they were courteous and answered my questions. I would recommend this shop again. I’ll be back in a few weeks to have them work on my other car. Thanks again!

Had emergency situation with oil coolant housing leak. Got quote for it from another auto repair place seemed very high. Called Sun Devil and they got me right in and quoted me a price $200 cheaper for same work. Had me in and out in 4 hours. Excellent customer service and workmanship.

I no longer live near this branch but I will continue to drive out of my way. I never feel like they try to sell me things I don't need. Time estimates for service are accurate. Bathroom could be cleaner for customers waiting.

I normally have a great experience at this location, they send me a email I schedule an appointment then come get my oil changed but today was a definite mind changer on continuing my services here. They had no customers yet they needed 4 hrs to do my oil change, when I told them I scheduled an appointment online the man told me he didn’t see one for me in the last 2 weeks then told me “we’ve been having system issues” wow…. Me and my 2 cars will politely head over to Brake Masters (No! Im not affiliated with them in any way)

Well I thought everything was great until I went to pick up my vehicle then noticed my left front tire hub cap was missing and they didn't even know where it was....... Then when I took it back the front desk guy was rude and yelled at me and told me to hold on. Uhhhhhh excuse me but not professional at all
