New to the area. Its tough finding a new Mehcanic, but these guys at SDA made me feel like i was getting handled by family. They worked hard to take care of me. Will definetly recommend. Good and fair pricing but the respect and care are free.

DONT GO HERE Scammed my mother in Law. Tried to charge her $580 for an Ac Leak. Took it to another mechanic he showed us there is no leak and he's fine and this place is a scam

I’m always impressed anytime I take my car into this shop. The staff are personable, they always go above & beyond (think refilling washer fluid or tires or the battery in your key fob when you just asked for an oil change) & I NEVER feel pressured into getting work done on my car. If something is required that’s detrimental to your car, they’ll let you know but won’t intimate you into doing it through them. They are truly about what’s best for the customer & understand financial hardships. I’ve been going here over 10 years & they will continue to be my go to mechanic! They’ve worked on my 1999 Jeep wrangler (which apparently was very tricky for a lot of mechanics) and my 2016 Jeep Renegade

9/13/2024: I sent an email to the address that was provided in response to my review and still have not heard anything after 2.5 weeks. Took my car in end of January of this year for installation of a driveshaft, clutch, and flywheel. The work they did was fine. The service was kind, such as staying late for me to able to pick up the car when the work was finished. But take photos of your car before leaving it there because it sustained body damage while on their property. When I picked it up, it was dark outside. The next day in the sun, I could see that the driver side body panel had been dented. When I brought it back the next day and pointed it out, hoping that someone might come clean if it was an inadvertent accident, I was told the cars are kept in an unsecured back lot with no cameras, so it was possible someone backed into it. But without proof, there was nothing they could do. Do not leave your vehicle without taking full body photographs of it. While one issue was fixed, I am sad to have to spend on body work. This is my dream car; I know every paint chip and scratch and the car was in my backyard, undriveable before taking it into Sun Devil. I won’t not use them again, but I’ll be way smarter about taking photos of my car at drop off if I absolutely need use them again.

The team at Sun Devil Auto were super helpful—they emailed me pictures with all the details, made recommendations, and gave me an upfront tire price. The staff were friendly, and the whole job was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend! 🙂

Went in to get an oil change, when I came in to get my car the told my my battery failed their test, I asked how much it would be, they said like 220 for the battery and 30 for installation, which is already high for a battery. So I decided to go to autozone to have them double check my battery, they told me it was 100%. So I assumed they thought they could get a little more money out of me probably thinking I was a woman and didn’t know anything about cars, they also knew I was from out of town and I had to drive 7 hours back home. Honestly disappointed :/

Dropped off my 2011 gmc sierra for oil leaks got qoated 4500 for repairs dropped the truck off get called to pick it up drive home and truck is still leaking call back and told to drop truck off again fixed one issue picked it up agin the next day drove home still leaking told to bring it back left over the weekend and got a call it was done picked it up drove home and the truck is still leaking will not be returning here
