If we could give 0 stars we would. My husband got his car fixed here right around Christmas time. We have since then dropped it back off twice now due to the same problem reoccurring. Everytime his coolant starts leaking about 3 days after the “problem” was fixed. Then they tired to tell us the vin number for the car didn’t match? I would highly recommend not going here. They seem to not know what they’re doing. 3,000 dollars later and 3 trips.

Fast service and they were very communicative! Just needed an oil change and they did the full diagnostic on the car but I did not feel any pressure to purchase services I didn’t want and I will definitely be going back!

Had a tire air pressure sensor fail on my way into work Thursday night and when Sun Devil auto opened I called to see if I could bring the car over to get it replaced and the female on the phone said yes. So I dropped it off at 07:30 on Friday morning explaining again that it was the left front tire pressure sensor and to call me when it was ready. At 12:00pm I had not heard nothing from Sun Devil Auto so I called them and now the male voice said well we don't work on vehicles unless we have the car owners permission to go ahead with the repair. I said if you don't call the customer who can I give you permission to go forward with the repair? Needless to say after I called them the car was ready at 13:00. Not very impressed with my first visit there!

Natasha is awesome! I brought my car in this morning to drop off so they could find my leak issue and complete an oil change. They sent me my diagnostic via text along with the estimate. She called me in case I had any concerns and was very accommodating and helpful! I got my car in time for lunchtime! Great service!

Grossly incompetent staff. It takes anywhere from 3 to 6 visits for the same issue only to hear the same thing: "We couldn't figure out what was wrong". It is only when I start to get mad and frustrated with them that they actually try and figure out what the issue is. Their record so far is only taking 2 visits to figure out what was wrong. Go to the next closest one because that is what I will be doing from now on

I knew something was wrong with my SUV and the Baseline location wasn't far. I pulled in, it wasn't easy to see the issue. I left my SUV there. The next day, I had a quote and approved it a little late in the day. Sun Devil Auto had my SUV fixed by the end of the day. A dealership would have taken much longer. They were so kind and incredibly helpful.

Will definitely be back, came in with my brakes failing and was ready for a nightmare but I was pleasantly surprised. They checked my brakes for free, gave me a ride to work the next day and were super nice and got it done quick. 10/10

So I accidentally went to the wrong location for my appointment. And it was stated that they didn't do appointments on Saturday at this specific location I arrived at, but the person who help me was very understanding and proceeded with the task. I was in and out and more informed when I left. It was a great experience. And I'll definitely be going back to them for the rest of my car's maintenance

They keep everything simple where I can understand. Very accommodating also. It is a bit more pricey than some places, but I’d pay more to get the job done right and at a timely manner. Thank you everyone at Sun Devils, you’re doing great.

Never before has any mechanic nor mechanic shop helped me nore than Sundevil Auto in Mesa AZ. Chris and his crew seem to be. In my opinion one of the best overall !! Since I was first introduced to by my mom. She had been a loyal customer and bragged about their mind set to help the customers first and foremost. Usually, when I call Chris to work on my vehicle he can get the work done in that day. They usually have the parts on hand and their mechanics are top notch. To be honest I actually enjoy speaking with Chris and know that our vehicles are in the best of care and repair. I highly recommend that you try them out. Especially, if other shops have been extremely rude to you. I must reinsure you that will unlikely happen at SunDevil Auto in Mesa, AZ.

Went in before a trip on Thursday for an oil change, tuneup, and wiper blades. They called and said my plug threads were cross threaded and accused me of trying to replace them and cross threading them. After arguing with them I said I'll just pick it up. When I went to pick it up it was not running, so I had to tow it to another repair shop. The tried to charge me for the tune-up they did not do and did charge me for replacing the wiper blades. I had to towed to another shop and when I got there I noticed the wiper blades in the boxes were on the windshield, NOT INSTALLED. The new shop had it finished in about 45 minutes and did not find any cross threaded spark plugs. It appears that Sun Devil was just trying to upsell a more complicated job which was not needed. PS The second repair place was Hontech.

My expereince at sun devil auto in Mesa was one of the better experiences Ive had. From the customer service at the front desk too the work done on my car. These guys care about doing good work. It's nice to see a business that still holds themselves to a standard of mastering the craftsmanship of its mechanics and the way it treats people. If you need a serious fix or even just an oil change. I reccomend sun devil in Mesa. You won't be dissapointed.
