Everyone was super nice, but the over charging of everything was absolutely outrageous. My car has 68k, why on earth was it 1k to change rotors, breaks, oil change and tire rotation???? Then 400+ to change all four tire pressure sensors when they're like 30 bucks a piece. Would not recommend ever due to pricing.

What a waste of time. They promised they could get me in and out same day for an alignment. After waiting around I was told their alignment machine was not working so I was set to another sun devil auto where I dropped my vehicle off. I was called saying the service was all done. I got there and was then informed they didn’t do it either. I’ll never spend a dollar at Sun devil auto.

I am writing this as a 5 star right now in hopes that everything gets handled. Truly the most disturbing experience and worst handled repair I have ever had to go through. Not very pleased right now with the work, communication or the attitude I have been given through the process of 20 days in the shop, there were days off of work in there which I get. The day after I picked the truck up, I ended up with a huge puddle of coolant and more oil than ever leaking out onto the ground. Truck had to be towed back in yesterday. Really hope someone gets a fire lit and gets things going.

Mark and the Sun Devil Auto team were fantastic! My car was making a horrendous noise, which had me very worried! They found a pebble b/w the rotor and the back plate and removed it -- no more noise!! Then only charged me their minimum service fee. They have a new customer for life!!

I had made an appointment for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon, however when I arrived I was told they only take walk ins on Saturdays. I was also told the store had been trying to contact me but I have zero missed calls from them. It is not good practice to lie to potential customers, I don't recommend giving this place your time.

I told them the 4 things that needed to be checked out. They checked them out. No new parts were needed. My bill was zero. I was shocked I figured they would at least charge for labor. They are very trustworthy and honest and I'm a woman. They could have gave me some charges but they did not. All is fine with car except I need an oil change. But I needed my car back. I decided I will make an appointment soon for that and wait. Great job guys!! I'll be back.

After a difficult attempt to get the work done they reached out . After a conversation with Bob Ford I went back the following Saturday and was treated very well. I was pleased with the service, communication and follow up. Any business can have a bad day, but they also can have many more good ones. This is obviously the case here . They didn't lose a customer , they reached out and retained one. I will go back.

I would definitely recommend Sun Devil. I was treated fairly and honestly. Their service reports appear on Carfax. The inspection report link explains what they did. Mark and Sam were knowledgeable and helpful. KUDOS!

The employees there are always kind and informative. They keep you up to date on what they find but do not pressure you to have it fixed by them. They also send you a report of what they checked during your service.

Excellent customers service given by Mark. Work done on my Jeep was thorough and fast. Although all shops these days seem to charge as much as the stealerships, theirs weren’t outrageous after the 10% discount. Always ask for a discount especially if you’re price matching! If you’re looking for good customer service avoid Gunnels!
