It was good. I had a coupon for oil change & it was done along with some other work I only waited 1 hour for both on different days, that's because they had the parts I needed. Normally I have to wait a day or two but that's needing my parts to be delivered to Sun Auto as that's what takes long. But they surely are faster than having work dun in a dealership any day.

It's not only the service but the staff from the top down are professional, courteous and have sustained a relationship of trust. In this economy having a repair shop you trust is rarer than finding a good doctor.

Sun Auto fixed my Durango and because I bought my SUV from Carmax whom they are partnered with - fixed my truck in record time!!!! They were Fast, Reliable, Truthful, Courteous, and most of All - BLUNT & HONEST about how much I will pay !! And they gave a Discount!!!!!! I will always come back to Sun Auto.!!! I came in frustrated not knowing how to explain the problem. I was put at ease by the front desk and went home. After a short time I received a call about the findings and what was needed to be done. Within a couple of hours I was driving away. Thanks for excellent service.

They informed me on what they did and what was wrong. If they couldn’t do told me where it can be done. What my insurance covered what it couldn’t and gave me two solutions with a third party, and discount for veterans.

We've been coming here for atleast five years and that's the longest we've been customers at any one mechanic shop. Eli and Steve always takes care us and gives us honest information. We know what it feels like to be duped and felt taken advantage of, and we've never experienced that here. I especially enjoy the "points" we gain that convert into dollar savings.

Eli and his team hooked me up! Same day I was able to call, they retrieved my super specific tires from the warehouse, and an hour later they were on my car and I was out the door. I called expecting to need to schedule an appointment ahead of time but was pleasantly surprised to hear that it was not necessary, that I could just walk in. I was greeted by Service Advisor Keegan and was promptly in and out in under an hour. Great, friendly service, clean shop, fair price, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanical repair.

These guys are absolute legends, I brought my 2016 Dodge Dart at about 11am needing a near complete rebuild of the front driver's side corner of my wheel assembly. Got a call at 4pm (the same day.) letting me know it was ready to be picked up. They have been my goto shop for awhile, and will be for as long as I have anything to say about it.

Today I picked up my vehicle after having my ABS MODULE replaced. They also reprogrammed the system as needed. Everything took approximately 2 days. I’m very pleased with the work, my breaks work and I feel safe on the road again. I must mention the customer service is excellent, there was a misunderstanding on my part with pricing but Eli the manager was kind enough to honor the amount I was originally quoted. I will definitely be returning for future needs as needed. Thank you Sun Auto.

My Car was misfiring and I replaced the Ignition Coils and Spark plugs myself, however issue was still happening at a lesser intensity. Eli was able to diagnose the vehicle thoroughly and coordinate the repairs. My car was fixed on the same day it was taken to shop and runs better than ever. Thanks you Sun Auto Service for a wonderful service and a reasonable price. The technology this facility has to identify the root cause of the problem is pretty advanced.
