Employees were very nice. My car was ready before the time I was told, which was nice, but as I was waiting there I did not know it was ready until I saw it parked outside. I was told of a bundle for more services but I was not given any of the information in writing, either email or in person. I need to know the services plus cost, please.

Everyone was very friendly. The service and communication were great. Would give 5 stars, but when I left and got down the street I realized they didn’t rotate my tires. Other than that, we had a good experience.

Friendly staff, had oil change at great price. Appointment at 10 AM.Out by 10:35. Doug was very helpful and answered all my questions. The technician who changed oil, did a great job, no oil spill on engine, I keep my engine bay as clean as outside of SUV. This maybe my place for auto repair/ maintance.

Everyone was very polite! Made an appointment and they started working on my vehicle immediately. He told me how long it would take to work on my car and they were spot on. They made suggestions on what needed to be fixed and they weren’t pushy about it! Great place!

Staff is always helpful and kind. Making an appointment is easy over the phone or website, there's never a long wait to get in. The only service I have had here is an oil change. Other places I have been too make me wait too long, not good customer service and make a mess in my car. They do a good job, I will always come here. I have referred others to this shop as well.

I made an appointment for 4 PM. They did not take the car in until 445 and then took his time doing a full inspection so they can find things to upsell me on, but all I really wanted was my oil change and I thought that’s why I made an appointment so I can be in and out of there as fast as possible

Sun Auto - Rome, - love trusting them with my 20 year old car. Had a check engine light pop up, took it to them - had my oil changed (including a new filter, chassis lubrication, all liquids checked & topped off, tires checked & rotated and a free code read). Turns out - only a P0442 code. Bought a new fuel cap and next day the ck engine light disappeared. Great, considerate people there, never tries to over sell me on services. Quality care at the best price!

DO NOT COME HERE. I came here through my insurance network to have my car diagnosed. I already got the car diagnosed and told them exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and just needed them to contact my insurance so it can be covered under warranty. They came back after two hours that my car wasn’t covered (didn’t even bother to call my insurance network after I asked twice) and was asking for close to $1000 for a spark plugs repair that only cost max $250. After I said no the diagnostic check was over $200 for something I already told them was wrong with my vehicle. After calling my insurance personally they knocked it down to about $160. I fully believe they attempted to take advantage of me as a woman is in her 20's. will not come back.

I am so thankful to the team at Sun Auto! They diagnosed my car and gave me upfront and reasonable pricing. They also gave me sound advice on my warranty company. Mike and Bobby are awesome. They make you feel comfortable and they don't talk down to you about your issue, like other places I've been to tend to do. Their total objective is to make sure you're satisfied with their service. I think I found my permanent auto mechanic. Thanks again guys!
