Everyone was so kind and they fixed my car and my brakes within in a day. They also did not charge me for anything that I didn’t need done to my car especially because they knew I’ll be selling my car soon anyway.

To be a car shop and have almost a perfect five star rating says enough on its own… But I recently brought my mini in thinking it was just a battery but turned out to be an extra handful of hazardous things wrong with my car that they fixed within 24 hours… All while adding discounts to help save me as much money as possible. Giovanni was the biggest help and answered all of my questions. 10/10 experience and I’m so happy that I found some honest mechanics in Vegas! Thanks again, guys!

This team took care of us during our car issue immediately. Driving back to California and the thermostats gave out on our BMW 4 series. Took it to them and they diagnosed, order parts and fixed it with in 5 hours and got me back on the road the same day. 100% outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.

Has my car breakdown driving to Vegas and towed to sun auto. They stayed after closing to make sure I got the car in, and turned the repairs around in 24 hours to make sure I was able to get to my destination on time. Everyone was accommodating and professional. Great experience.

Very nice staff. My oil change was done in less then 2 hours, where as at the dealership it takes around 4 hours. Didn't try to price gouge me on anything I didn't need. Love this place.

I took my car in for a diagnostic since my check engine light was on. It took them a few days but they found the issue and were able to fix it at a decent price. Even saved me a few dollars on the final price.

Cactus location staff on several occasions provided honest accurate diagnosis and repair for each of my vehicles, great staff, exceptional customer service. Accurate estimates with explanation of repairs always provided up front. These guys are 5 star and now my go to auto repair service.

Had a minor issue I was concerned about and stopped in, No appointment was needed , Staff was friendly and helpful, solved my issue in less than 10 minutes ! SO nice to be able to walk in and be in and out so quick.Highly recommend if near the area.

I cannot recommend this location enough! We have been taking our cars here for the past few years and everyone has been the absolute best. Extremely friendly staff and management, very knowledgeable and, most importantly, very trustworthy. I will continue to recommend everyone in Southern Highlands to use Sun Auto as their go-to for all mechanical needs! Don’t ever change!!

I had some issues with my Jeep wrangler and wanted to find a shop that I can trust to take my car to. I called around and one of the shops that I called was Sun Auto at 3340 W cactus in southern highlands. Steve Caria (store MGR) answered the phone and I was pretty impressed how courteous and polite he was. I made an appointment and took my car to him. Besides that he went out of his way to pick me up and drop me off which I was not expecting, he really took his time to explain everything to me. He was very polite, friendly but at the same time extremely professional. I just got my car back and told him that he has gained my business for sure, his approach was all about me and my car rather than $$$. This is the type of service businesses should provide which unfortunately nowadays is rare to find. Thank you Steve, I appreciate the amazing service.

The vehicle oil change as well as the the total inspection was completed on time that was promised.I was able to know what are the expected repair and maintenance that are needed and th expected cost that I may need to prepare.

Came in when my water pump went out while down here for vacation. We were assisted by Haydn! My car was taken in pretty much immediately after arriving and unloading my family into the waiting room. They quoted a price, were open and honest about everything, and finished the car almost an hour earlier than planned. Great experience. Another note: They had a man come in when they were close to closing looking for an oil change. When they found out that he works during the days and that’s the soonest he could make it in, they made sure to squeeze him in quick. That just felt like a sign that there’s kind and considerate people that work here.
