Love this location. I’ve been bringing my car for years now and have had many services done with them. They always take care of my car and it’s also affordable. The team is great polite and always takes the time to explain things to me. I actually have a sun auto less than a mile from my new home , but I will continue to come to the one on Tropicana at Fort Apache even if it’s 20 mins away because I feel comfortable and valued as costumer there.

This shop has done an outstanding job both times i've brought my truck to them. They finished the work before their estimated time of completion both times. They are very professional and take great care of their customers. They stuck to their original quote even though they had to replace a belt and a radiator cap that had broke when they were working on the truck. This Sun auto will be the only shop I go to when I need work done.

Easy appointment setting platform on the website. Friendly and professional service at the shop. Went above and beyond to fix the drivers side seat adjustment cluster that fell off the clips hiding it. Like the post assessment recommended services that an inspection found out. And the fact the post assessment is explained in detail and pictures of the area of concern.

2 weeks ago I took my 2015 Hyundai into the Tropicana site for some major repair. I met JD there in the morning and when I told him what I had an appointment was for he said he had no notes in the system about my appt. Zack the person I made the appt with was off that day, I setup the next day w/JD to have my car repaired but when I asked him about a ride home and back he said no. That day my asking JD for some basic questions was met with a No. He is in need of basic customer service training. Next day I bring in my car and Zack took over from JD and got my car and had an employee give me a ride home. I live less than 5 miles from the shop. When my car was completed I got a call from Zack that my p/u ride was enroute and my car was completed. I drove the car home and my wife and granddaughter went out and when they came home they stated that there was a sound being made during their drive. I went over the car looking for anything that may cause a sound and found that the front right tire had only 3 lug nut on. I took it back to Sun Auto on Trop, and Zack replaced the lug but was unable to tell me how or why that lug nut was missing. Not sure at this point in time that I'll continue using Sun Auto on Trop.

Friendly, professional, good customer service. I needed a battery replacement and it was done quickly and the mechanic noticed I needed a brake bulb replaced and did that too. I’ll definitely return.

Do not go here. I waited till I got confirmation on how big of a scam this place really is. I went In for a clicking sound thinking it would be a simple fix… they quoted me 2k with no broken down invoice. Telling me I needed my entire struts replaced and that I had a back leak…. It didn’t seem right when I said no thanks I went to pick up my car and was charged 200. (When dropping off there was never a talk about a 200$ diagnostic charge) Took the car the next week to Mazda and was told there were NO leaks anywhere, and all that needed to be fixed were some bolts that needed to be tightened!

Sun auto told my big sis she needed all her struts replaced and that her back break was leaking….. she took it there thinking it needed something simple fixed and when they said it needed all this stuff she felt off, she went to Mazda dude all told her all needed was some bolts tightened. And nothing else was wrong!
