Awesome. Engine light on ..was the air pressure. I could not get the air in the tires correct. I asked if they could help. 1. Yes. 2. Immediately. 3. Actually told me the various issues it "could" be including discussing, and showing me, tire sensors. I appreciated their help, their taking the time to explain things to me, and did I mention they didn't charge me?

I called at spur of the moment to have screw taken out of tire. They took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. Always friendly, and always work with me. My go to mechanics in Wells Branch.

I have used Sun Auto over the years. Different locations and it’s always an amazing customer service experience. Brian, who is the manager at the I 35 and Wells Branch location, exhibited excellent customer service today. I could not be more pleased with the service to my vehicle as well. These guys are doing a great job. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Got my car towed in after stopping on the highway. They quickly diagnosed what was wrong and offered fair prices. Talked w the manager, Kyle, who was very patient and sweet throughout the entire ordeal. Thanks!

If you want honest service with down to earth people who have good customer service and integrity, Sun Auto service is the place! And you know I gotta shout out my guys Brian and Kyle!! I went to another place to get services and they tried to tell me I needed new brakes. I knew that wasn’t true, but just in case I had Kyle check for me. My brakes are at 70% ( which is what I friggin thought). Most a-holes see a woman and think ‘how can I up charge her’. News flash, I can work on cars too. Brian and Kyle spoke my language and didn’t pre judge me at the door! My car was ready in a timely manner and the customer service was so awesome I wanted to give them a tip! They turned me down (how rude) so now here I am writing a review. I HATE writing reviews, but yall deserve it. I am impressed!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Kyle at Sun Auto Service! I had an issue with my car window that was stuck and wouldn’t go up. I visited Sun Auto Service, and Kyle A. Bucuk went above and beyond to help me—for free! He was incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. He took the time to explain the problem clearly and then fixed it efficiently. It’s rare to find such honest and professional service, and I truly appreciate his willingness to assist without any hesitation. Highly recommend Sun Auto Service, and if you ever need help, Kyle is the person to ask for!

Pleasant staff and they don't try to sell more than what is needed. Kyle did a great job on my truck and showed me the issue with the old parts that had to be replaced.

Fixed a problem with my AC blower at no cost. Guess it was easy for them, but meant a lot to me in a very expensive month. Update: and then squeezed me in at the end of a day when I had a dead battery and limped in off a jumpstart. Thanks again!

Had an 8 am appt for a state inspection. I was back out the door at 8:15. Very prompt and professional. The staff were very friendly.

I had a great experience. I needed to get an emissions check done to get my car registered. I stopped by without an appointment, and they were eager to help right away. They were very efficient and had my car done in a timely manner for a great price. Kyle was super kind and helpful too!

I had a headlight bulb go out. Looking for someone that could replace it quickly at a reasonable price. I found Sun Auto and they were very friendly. Give me a great price and got me going very quickly. I will be going back for other car issues.

I have been to Sun Auto several times. In the past it was for general preventive maintenance. However, this time it was for a serious problem. The engine had started running rough and the check engine light had come on. The mechanics at Sun Auto quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the end of the day at a reasonable cost. I trust Sun Auto to keep my car in working order and will continue to go to them.
