Went for an oil change and a tire rotation they changed the oil but got no tire rotation. When I went back to talk to the guy he didn’t believe me. I recently had new tires put on the front that how I know they didn’t change them.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for a very long time. The service has always been outstanding as well as customer service. Jace does a phenomenal job. I haven’t had a single issue with now four vehicles I have been bringing to them. Highly recommend.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Sun Auto Service I recently took my 2004 GMC truck to Sun Auto Service for an oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns and frustrations with the hope that improvements can be made. Upon arrival, I requested that the grease fittings be lubricated, as indicated on their website that they "lube the chassis." To my surprise, I was informed that they didn't have a grease gun. This discrepancy raised questions about the accuracy of their advertised services. Furthermore, I asked for my tires to be rotated, and although I paid for the service, there was no evidence that it was actually performed. When inquiring about crucial details such as air pressure, tire wear, and brake pad life, I was disappointed to find nothing documented on the invoice. The most alarming part was the misinformation regarding tire pressure. The service writer noted that all tires were set to 35 pounds, contradicting the manufacturer's specifications of 50 pounds in the front and 80 pounds in the rear. Upon checking at home, the pressures were correct, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and possibly a lack of proper inspection. Despite my attempts to address these issues with the store manager, I received no callback, further adding to my dissatisfaction. This experience has left me questioning the quality of service provided by Sun Auto. It's disheartening to think that a company prioritizes volume over the quality of service. Potential customers deserve transparency and reliability, which, unfortunately, I did not experience with Sun Auto Service. I hope my feedback serves as a constructive critique, prompting Sun Auto to reevaluate their service standards and communication practices. I feel even 1 star is to much

I would give zero stars if I could. Went in with oil pan issue. Cost me 2k Not once did they communicate with us outside the shop and me and my wife had to call 3 days to see the status. I'm paying probably 1k in just labor.. for that service they ate about to owe me. We called and were told it's ready.. again WE called. Recieved the car was told they gave a test drive and it was all good. Drove off and car started shaking, engine lights kept flashing on and off. Smell of burning started. I wouldn't even think of doing business at this establishment. And seeing they are owned by Lambs Auto.. they can both go go out of business.

I needed an oil change I have a a Porsche so just about everywhere I called didn’t have the special tools needed to do it. I called Sun Auto and they told me they could do it, so I went in and was able to leave feeling confident. Job well done.

I went to get my vehicle inspection. There was about a 3 hr wait time. No problem, I just got a ride home and came back later to pick it up. Very nice gentleman operating the front counter. 👍👍

Diagnosis they do is a waste of money. I would say they are not the best people to go for a diagnosis based on the solution they provide. For my transmission slipping problem, they recommended a new transmission for almost 6000, while I was able to drive away the car perfectly after a fluid flush. After another 100 miles, it works just fine. Nice flush, btw. They will loot you if you just go with their advice for a diagnosis. Also, for usual car services and maintenance, there are a lot of cheaper options nearby. $299 for transmission flush.

My check engine light came on and I was referred by Advanced Auto Parts to take it there for fast service. Lorenzo assisted me with the process and was very professional. I explained all the issues I had with my Hyundai and the dealership service department is always backed up. Lorenzo got my car diagnosed and fixed in the same day. Thank you so much! The best part was he didn’t talk to me like I was dumb because I’m a lady. Will definitely be a returning customer. * I ended up trading in that Hyundai for a Corolla. Lorenzo assisted me with car because the bottom panel came undone. He didn’t charge me an arm and leg. I think the last place who did the oil change didn’t put it back correctly. The other Gentleman that works at the counter is very nice as well. This is now going to be my go to place for automobile assistance. Thanks guys!!

My exclusive auto shop for well over a decade because of the great service and honesty. Really like how Alan checked carfax to see what has been done on the car and when. I just bought this used car and have no idea what was done. Doing this confirmed a couple of maintenance things that had already been done to the car recently, so it saved me from doing an unnecessary coolant replacement as the previous owner had recently done it. Also gave me a heads up on some things that will need to be addressed in the near future. Also, inspections guy had gone home by 3pm but one of the other guys is certified and he was willing to do it for me today so I didn’t have to make a second visit for the inspection. I have used no one else but these guys for over 10 years, on multiple vehicles, because of employees like Alan and the rest!

I had to get my car inspected in order to register my car in Texas. I'm from out of state and had additional questions that pertained to registering my car. They didn't have to answer them, but the welcoming and kind environment made me feel comfortable enough to ask and they were happy to answer. They were also very quick to inspect my car! I will definitely going back.

The service was very good and everyone who works there is very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They provide a shuttle service through Uber, so you do not have to sit and wait or depend on other people to take you home if the repair is extensive. Much appreciated.
