an AMAZING shop to take your car to. customer service is always TOP TIER. prices are always REASONABLE. they will always ensure they’re giving you information before making any costly repairs, and they will always go the extra mile. i’ve been taking my vehicles here for some years now, and i wouldn’t trust any other shop with anything at all. Zach took care of me on multiple occasions, truman and ryan are both class acts. cannot recommend sumners enough, and if they have any t shirts in stock when you go BUY ONE! they’re super comfy!!

I came in with a check engine light on, and despite being short staffed, they still diagnosed the problem within an hour or 2, called me to let me know, got parts, and had the car ready that afternoon. Top notch service, excellent communication, and no BS. These guys know their stuff and won't rip you off. Honest work, good prices, and they really get the job done.

I will always take my vehicles to this business. They are honest and their prices are very fair. I just had them work on a historical 1999 Cadillac because it wasn't getting heat on the inside. They diagnosed the issue and was very upfront with other problems that could arise since the car is vintage. They gave me the info PRIOR to fixing it and sought my permission before they fixed it. They worked their magic and NO additional problems happened on this vintage car. I highly recommend this shop and crew.

Highly Recommend!! Truman & Ryan, along with all the technicians at Sumner's are the best!! Friendly, professional, and personable, you don't just feel like another customer, they show you that they really care. My questions are answered clearly and confidently. Sumner's has worked on my 2008 Maxima several times for different repairs, and they have went above and beyond to help keep me and my children safely rolling on the city streets! You won't get this type of treatment at a chain shop. I greatly appreciate the service I receive from Sumner's.

I was there about 2 weeks ago and i just came for a oil change... I know my car and i knew that my car was in good shape when i brought my car into the establishment... So with that being said they told me towards the end of my oil change that i was leaking brake fluid from my brake caliber.... I was kinda confused because I've been driving my car a lot and i haven't had any problems braking... So i took my car to my "Personal" Mechanic👨‍🔧 and he check☑ everything and told me their wasn't a brake leak at all..... So i kinda figure they were LYING to me which i was right and now i feel upset because they were always a place i thought that was Trust worthy... But not as I thought.... Moral of the story... Don't lie to your customers... Just to squeeze $800 bucks of my hard earned money... Never coming back 😎💯
