2 hours for an oil change. 20 minutes to get checked in. Once going they were nice, but pretty slow.

My issue was a warranty one. I was greeted immediately after I got out of my car. They were very friendly. My attendant at the service desk got me set up. I waited at the dealership while they sevice my car. They have a nice area to wait and offered free coffee (and other hot drinks). My vehicle was done quicker than I thought it would. Repairs aeem to be completed properly as my truck is no longer having any problems. I couldn't have asked for much better!

Was having problems with my tire balancing on my 2018 Shelby GT 350. After several attempts from other shops I was able to get an appointment with summerville Ford. The dealership was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to fit the problem and did it with a smile. Also they were budget friendly. I will definitely recommend there services. I had a great pre-owned purchase experience with Summerville Ford! I had to come from a few hours away to test drive the F-150 they had; and the salesman Richie did a great job communicating with me and taking detailed photos and videos of the truck for me before I came down for the test drive and purchase. There were NO surprises with the vehicle when I saw it in person; and their F&I process was seamless and easy as well. I also appreciated the lifetime power train warranty they included with the preowned purchase. It was the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was treated with respect from first call to service to when my car was brought back to me. This service department and its people are beyond perfection. I am beyond thankful to Greg Anderson for overseeing my cars oil change, etc. I will only own a Ford and from this place!!! I’d give them a 10 star if that was an option😉

I had an appt. When I drove in to the stall, the agent came right over and took my information. She showed me where I could wait and came to update me on their progress twice. She was super nice. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. She had short dark hair. I was out of there in about 1 hr 15 min.
