Everything was great with kings subaru they are top tier, but this has been the latest visit trying to get the paint protection film right I've brought my car back several times and it seems like every time it comes back worse. This time after waiting 3 months for the appointment my main concern was getting scratches the paint protection people put in my mirrors fixed but they just put the new film over the scratches. I have pictures of the mirror before and after the damage occurred but was basically told its my problem now and I would have to deal with the paint protection people myself. I had been trying to but they will not return my phone calls. I'm just frustrated because it feels like my new car I have had for 6 months has never looked like a flawless new car and the paint protection I paid extra for has done nothing but cause damage.

Lisa, the Service Advisor, was wonderful. I brought my dog to the service center and Lisa made us comfortable and offered a snack. Other employees positively interacted with my dog. Thank you, Subaru, for being dog friendly. Lisa reviewed the service provided and future service needed which was backed up by a video from the technician. Lisa gave a time-line for the service which was met. I trust this Subaru dealership and the service is excellent.

I bought a used vehicle from here, 6 months later worst case scenario happened, the transmission went out. I have to say this is the best service I've ever experienced. The transmission was replaced, and I was put in a 2024 model until repaired were completed. Hands down amazing service. I picked my car up this morning and she drove like a dream! Sadly not even 2 hours after getting it back, a guy ran a red light and destroyed it. Hopefully it can be repaired. If not I will hopefully be going back to Kings Subaru to purchase another one.

They were able to get me in same day for a check-engine issue on my 2013 Outback. The Service Shop Manager was able to diagnose the issue and recommended steps I could take should the issue present again to confirm the root cause. Thank you!

Absolutely love my new 2025 Ascent. The parts and sales team are great to work with. Upfront on the prices of parts and labor, offered me a loaner car, and completed the work in the exact amount of time they estimated it to be done. I will gladly drive out of my way to get my vehicle serviced with them in the future.

I’ve owned Audi, BMW cars. Audi had terrible Customer Service in Cincinnati. BMW was great, but Subaru hands down is the best. Thank you Conner, you made a very stressful visit manageable and pleasant. I am truly grateful for your understanding and for helping with me see my options concerning my Outback.

Lisa worked hard to get my Outback in and out efficiently and with everything I wanted done. When my son who lives with a disability brought his Subaru in, she treated him like her family and took really good care of him… he tends to get nervous in public and she made him feel so at peace. Very thankful!

Scheduling is easy and there's always availability. I've bought from other dealers/manufacturers that it can take well over a month to get scheduled for anything even if you've got a check engine light on, so always being able to get in has been a great feature of buying a Subaru. I also appreciate the video the technician does so you can see what they're looking at when they recommend specific maintenence, and it gives piece of mind they're doing a complete inspection of the car.

Service took about a half hour longer, but Brittany was very helpful & nice. She even installed Pandora in my car radio, so I can start the music that I like & downloaded on my smart phone.

Terrible first experience. Had a reservation yet still had multiple walk-ins greeted/service started while I waited with my car in garage. Not sure really what the point of reservations are with that being the case. Appeared to be understaffed and service managers stressed. I will say, once they took my car back the service was fine, but overall not impressed

As always, King’s Mill Subaru Service Department was exemplary!! Everyone I encountered had a positive attitude, was dedicated and competent. A shout out to Sean who explained the “Multipoint Inspection Checklist” results in a manner I could easily understand. What a polite, knowledgeable and professional employee! I was so impressed with the car multipoint inspection video by Anthony! I am a visual person and this video was perfect for me! Show me the problem and I’m a believer! My car is always ready within the time frame given (and usually ahead of time). I drive 45 minutes to have my car serviced at King’s Mill Subaru because I know it will be done right the first time, every time! Hats off to management for your leadership skills and being a role model! You must be very proud of your entire team! I can see why your customer reviews online are so high! You have definitely earned it!!

The service dept. at Subaru of Kings Auto Mall is truly amazing. They don’t put off and blame something lame as an excuse to avoid fixing an issue. They listen and put a full effort into finding out what is the cause. They have fixed my car both times the same day I brought it in. No delays, no excuses, no treating a woman as if she is stupid. I just really love the way they treat people and handle repairs!!!! 🩷 Thank you from the bottom of my heart for that!
