Absolutely fantastic service!! Our van’s serpentine belt snapped and they were out here within 2 hours! Our mechanic Andrew was awesome- he drove to multiple places to find the parts we needed and was super knowledgeable. 10/10 service, we were back on the road in no time!

Had a wonderful experience with Strong Mobile … I had rented a Penske truck and car dolly and jackknifed the dolly so had to get a new one. Strong came out to remove the old dolly and return w a new one. The guy was willing to wait for the Penske people to get their act together but it was so late (like almost 2 am) so I said buddy let’s reconvene in the morning no need to just sit and wait on others LETS GO TO BED! Had a new car dolly in the morning just as promised! Best service ever!

Excellent customer service, Charlene was very helpful and on top of her game,she was very professional and up front. Chris arrived on time as stated and did his best to solve the issue with my Semi, due not to any fault of his but the last people who did work was unable to fix the issue. He went above and beyond to do his best and I appreciate his hard work and knowledge. Will differently use them again and recommend them to others. I had a driver broke down and no shops would get him in for at least 2-3 days. Strong Mobile Diesel was absolutely awesome and got my driver fixed up asap and Josh made sure of the price upfront and delivered top notch service 🤜🤛 I will definitely be using these guys in the future for any breakdowns in the San Diego area. The truth in pricing and the speed of service is why I'm giving them 5 Stars😎

Awesome A+++ Service! Called into their hotline and immediately spoke with Charlene about my unique situation. (Shipping a Vehicle from out of state to Hawaii) Unfortunately got a call from the transporter that my recently purchased truck was having issues and would no longer start/run unfortunately the (Transporter) not SMD did not have any recommendations on a mobile mechanic that could take a look at my truck so I did a quick google search and took a chance that i'm very glad I did! I asked about getting a replacement battery swapped in as the seller of the truck couldn't remember when it was last replaced. SMD quickly got me two quotes to replace the battery with a standard or an upgraded Optima Red Top at my request. SMD also kept me informed and updated on the ETA of arrival to the truck to address the issue. They quickly found the battery was swelling due to age and condition swapped in a new battery and truck was back up in running and driving condition ready for shipping! Saved my life stranded on the side of the road with an air leak from my air compressor. Had 2 companies coming out saying i would have to tow my truck to freightliner cause that’s a 1-2 week job. Guess what? Chris got it done in 1h38 mins. He could’ve gotten it done in 40 mins if it wasn’t for other obstacle that presented at the time

Beware!Bad company!Had emergency out of town situation in San Diego contacted owners wife@11ish am,waiting nvr heard bk,230,reached out asking if able to fix veh owners wife of chris attacked my sis accusing of wasting time for 2hrs.Kept arguing &sd they would charge for 2hrs in addition for “WASTE Of TIME.”quote given 767.00. Pd out the dr 75.00 for fix w/other company,cousin walked 5miles to purchase some tools as he had none owners left nasty voice message/texts verbally abusing us as we were waiting on side of road!no one should consider using them if u want to b attacked & ripped off!threatening us being OWNERS WIFE

My experience with this Strong Mobile Diesel was outstanding. I got their service through U-Haul's Roadside Assistance. We had a structural issue in the cargo area of a truck and they were able to fix it with ease. The damage was a weakened floor panel that prevented the ramp from being properly stowed. The service mechanic (Chris) was able to fix the floor panel quickly in about 20 minutes. He was outstanding and even brought a gallon of water as we requested via the U-Haul app. (We were moving on Sept 3 in 104 degree weather)
