Danny is the best, keeps all the foreign and the domestic car i have running. The first line was years ago. However today I experienced horrible customer service from yelling by his girlfriend who said she was too busy (she's manning the front desk) to deal with me when all I was doing was asking for my key back because I went thirty minutes without being acknowledged by Dan in the shop area, after being directed by her to speak with Dan. When I finally got my key back I went back outside and asked Dan did he not want to have my business any longer and he yelled and cursed and threw a brake rotor on the ground telling me he a one man shop and he can't do everything. Unfortunately many people have talent but don't have the skills to run a business, great mechanic but I won't be belittled, trashed talked, or disrespected while spending my money. GO ELSEWHERE he is no longer the business to patronize.

The mechanic is great but his office staff attitude and his attitude is impossible to deal with you shouldn't have to be treated like or talked to like crap when spending your money at a business. I would recommend you go elsewhere until he finds new front desk staff and a calmness and revamps his attitude and realize that a customer is the reason a business succeeds.

Dan is an excellent no nonsense mechanic that lives and breathes cars. He's always busy so you'll have to schedule but it's worth it.

AMAZING MECHANIC! Is honest & fair. He will get the job done correctly. He has been my mechanic since I moved down to FL 6 years ago. Anything major my car needs done, I will only take it to him!

Danny was very honest and affordable. He replaced my wheel bearing and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. It cost me half of what Firestone quoted me, which was a blessing. I would recommend this mechanic 10/10 times if you’re ever in the Winter Haven/Lakeland area.

Took my BMW when I saw the service engine light come on. Also, thought I had bad calipers or break issue. Dan figured it out that it was the bad ball joints. Also, he figured the issue behind the service engine light. Turns out the previous mechanic did not put enough oil during oil change. Honest and very good mechanic. Highly recommend Strobel. Will definitely take all my German cars to him.

Danny is very affordable and honest when he diagnosed my car. He takes the time to show you what is wrong and how much time left you have before you really will have a problem. He's a one man show and a Master Mechanic. Definitely knows his work! Highly recommended 👍

Fixed the truck but not all the way done. Expensive but will need to go back. Problem isnt fixed. We need them to fix problem not everything on the truck due to we are not made of money.
